Jasmines has a choice of 2 large outdoor pools, with pool lighting. Set within landscaped gardens. Close by is the Louis Campomanes yachting marina with its bars, restaurants and water sports. The Old Spanish and Artistic Town of Altea, with its famous church and palm-fringed esplanade, is only 3 miles away and boasts many bars, cafes and quality local and international restaurants. Altea has fabulous shops and a famous market visits each week. Nearby are many golf courses with the Don Cayo course only minutes away. Nestled between Calpe and Altea, Jasmines is well situated and within walking distance to the beach, but also giving the choice of the best beaches.

'Had a fabulous time at Los Jasmines. Apartment was very comfortable and relaxing. It is very tastefully decorated whilst still creating a homely feel. The spacious balcony was ideal for sun-bathing and dining. It was nice to be able to walk to the port where there are some lovely bars and restaurants. Altea itself is charming and suits all tastes.

Stayed here with my husband and 13 year old daughter.We hadn't been to this part of spain before and we were not disappointed.The apartment was very clean and had all we needed .The patio area was lovely and we enjoyed having lunch outside.My daughter loved the pool area it was kept very well and never very busy.There are stunning views around and altea old town was really pretty .Anita the owner was very helpful ..We will definitely return

Fabulous apartment,well equipped clean and spacious,well maintained and very comfortable home from home.Immaculate landscaped gardens and pool areas ( had pools to ourselves most of the time in mid Aug).Lovely large terrace with fantastic views over the bay where we watched the fireworks at midnight. Good location for sightseeing and enjoyed restaurants at local marina.Quite hilly and need a car. Prebooked a train journey/hotel to the lovely city of Valencia.A perfect fortnight.

Very Relaxing Stay
We've just spent three weeks in Spain and spent the final week of our holiday at Jasmines, a very relaxing stay! The apartment is ideal for a family of four, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with a superbly sized shared swimming pool which never seemed to be too busy.
Within a five minute drive there is a Marina with a selection of bars and restaurants and two pebble beaches. It is conveniently situated for exploring the area, Calpe with it's sandy beaches is a short drive away, as is the quaint old town of Altea.
We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning in the future.
We have stayed at this property several times and always found it to be beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Likewise with the lovely surrounding gardens and pool areas. It has always been very peaceful and relaxing to either sit on the large terrace or sunbathe by the pool. The apartment is well appointed and provides comfortable accommodation in all areas. We enjoy being able to walk down to the marina at Mascaret to visit the restaurants and bars. Further afield in Calpe and Altea there are countless restaurants to sample. As we always have a hire car (as recommended by the owner) we love to explore the mountainous hinterland and seek out the unspoilt Spanish villages. Valencia and Alicante by contrast are also vibrant, interesting cities to explore and easily accessible for day trips. We would certainly recommend this property to others without any reservations.

Activity and Interests
The Bay of Altea stretches for 6km. The area boasts many ‘blue flag’ beaches outstanding for their clear water:
Altea Playa de l’Olla is a popular very clean pebble beach with abundant marine life. During the summer, buzzy beach bars serve delicious fresh seafood. Playa de Cap Negret, to the north of the town, is a shingled beach ending in a small cove called the 'Cala del Soio'.
Calpe is famous for the Rock of Ifrach and many sandy beaches, 1 of which is Levante Beach (approx. 2000m long).
The apartment is only 40 mins from Alicante airport and 70 from Valencia along the main A7 coast highway.
Altea 3 miles. Calpe 2 miles. Benidorm 8 miles. All distances are approximate.
Altea has many excellent restaurants, boutiques, banks and a number of supermarkets. It has an excellent indoor air-conditioned market with a wide choice of salads, fruits, vegetables, fresh and cured meats and superb fish. Open 7.30 - 2.30 Mon to Sat. Altea also has a large famous outdoor market which visits on Tuesdays and Calpe has a market on Saturdays.
On the road to Altea a few minutes drive from the apartment is Mas y Mas, a good, medium sized supermarket that caters for its international customer base and sells lovely fresh bread baked on the premises.
In Calpe there are a number of very large supermarkets
and an extensive range of restaurants specialising in international cuisine to those offering typical dishes of the area.
Calpe has a Fish Market Hall: You can watch the fish auctions held in the afternoon from Monday to Friday, starting at 15:00, from the spectators gallery inside the building.
Altea, Calpe and surrounding areas offer something for all ages and tastes. Altea with its cultural status offers fine arts within dozens of art galleries, antiques galore, and tiny craft shops with hand made goods filling the shelves. For the more active there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few kilometres away. For teenagers and children we have the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park, and Terra Mitica theme park just a short drive away.
Visit Fonts Del Algar a natural waterfall in the mountains and swim and relax.
Guadalest is also well worth a visit to see the monastery and views from the surrounding area.
