Apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - 100m from the Beach, Adjacent to Communal Pool Complex

The apartment is very spacious throughout, all bedrooms are comfortable for 2 adults to share and there is plenty of space to relax inside or on the extensive balconies. Very large roof terrace with teak furniture and sun loungers; ideal for sunbathing and evening entertaining. Stunning views of the sea and mountains. All furniture and fittings are to the highest standard. Modern fully equipped kitchen with adults and children’s crockery and cutlery. Separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a baby cot but we do not provide bed linen for this. The large comfortable sitting/dining room has 2 balconies leading off from it and is equipped with satellite TV, CD and DVD/VHS players. There is an extensive range of books, CDs, DVDs, games and children’s toys for you to use. The apartment is 100m from the best beach in the port.

About the Owner

We are a middle class family from London currently based in the US. The weather's better but there's no cricket and "football" involves helmets, pajamas and lot's of timeouts! When not running around after the kids, we enjoy chilling out with friends and family getting to the beach and exploring California.

We had a great holiday in our friend's apartment in the other block and wanted to buy a place as an investment as well as a family holiday home. We'd love to spent more time there and we only rent out for a few weeks a year to cover the bills. The development is very small and was built by a well known local who has a reputation for quality.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Sandy Beach, Pinaret at 200 Metres Car: not necessary


The beach is large, sandy, with sunbeds for hire and all water sports available. Crystal clear water and great for kids as the gradient in the water is very shallow and safe. Has the best beach bars in the resort and adjacent to plenty of great restaurants.


A straightforward 40 minute drive from Palma airport. We usually hire a car at the airport but you certainly don't need a car once you're in the apartment so you may want to price a taxi to and from the airport if you don't fancy driving.


10 mins from Puerto Pollensa Old Town which is great if you fancy a change of scene.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Depart 10.30 arrive after 3pm (you can drop bags off before then, but we need time to clean) but we're very flexible so drop us a line with your requirements.

Notes on prices:
We charge on a pro-rata basis based on the weekly rate. If your booking is split over months/weeks then divide the weekly rate by 7 to get the relevant daily rate.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

We looked at loads of places before we bought and the location is perfect; near to the beach, pools and restaurants with plenty of light and space in the apartment which is very well fitted out. Overlooking Villa Concha pools is ideal. The Villa Concha management adjusts it's attitude based on your behaviour. If you buy a drink or two and behave well, they're fine with you using their pool. You are just far enough away from the crowds to avoid noise in the evening but a short walk gets you into the town square.

Also has the best beach bars in the resort. Our English speaking cleaning service can help if you have difficulties whilst in resort. There is a private, covered parking space attached to the apartment but a car is not necessary once in resort. Main square and restaurants are 10 min walk. If you're a larger group, friends own the adjacent apartment which is furnished to the same high standard. Please treat it as if it were your own apartment and have a great holiday. Outside: Private covered parking space adjacent to the apartment. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included with a midweek clean and towel change as part of the weekly service. Stays of over a week include a full clean.
