Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included, management company clean once weekly.

Fantastic trip

We stayed here in September and had a fantastic trip. The villa was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was very clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated and was walking distance from everything we needed. The pool was great and got lots of use as did the barbecue. These facilities were a real bonus as it meant we had the option to stay put and have some lazy days. We will definitely be back.

An unfortunate Disappointment

The house itself is nice but the service provide is very poor. Cleaning was very poorly done (hair under beds, food under couch which we discovered when picking up toys from our kids, t-shirt from previous guests behind pillows on couch...), no coffee machine, kitchen cabinets and bedrooms closets had an intense musty smell, carrycots for baby were full of stains (no way I was putting my one year baby girl in that), garage was a mess, street gate for garage wouldn't open properly, had to get out of the car and manually do it. We had to change the bed sheets for the bed our 3 year old was sleeping in and the new bed sheets (which were stored in a closet in the garage) was such an intense musty smell that we had to air it one full day outside before being able to use them. Bedroom at ground level had no light.. Overall the house was a disappointment not because of the house itself but the service provided did not match at all our expectations.

Séjour á Salir de Porto.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette belle villa qui est très bien située, endroit très calme et une belle vue. Malheureusement notre séjour a été gaché par le manque d'entretien de la piscine. Elle était sale, gluante et un transate gisait au fond de celle-ci. Nous avons réclamé et c'est seulement le jour avant notre retour que la firme s'est présentée pour l'entretien. A l'intérieur de la villa certains points laissent à désirer ( aucune lumière ne fonctionnait dans la salle de bain de la suite, programmes TV uniquement en anglais)... Rapport qualité prix nous estimons que le prix est élevé vu que nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine.

San Martino Bay is 8 minutes walk. . Fos Do Aelho for surfing is 10 minutes drive.


Lisbon Airport 1 hour drive, A8 motorway. Easy Jet, Monarch, BMI, Tap, BA, Aer Lingus. Porto Airport 2 hour 30 minutes. Ryan Air, Tap.

A car is essential to appreciate this unspoilt area of Portugal.


Caldas Da Rainha 13 minutes for major shopping. Obidos, historic Roman town, 15 minutes drive. Alcobaca, monastery town 25 minutes drive.
