This spacious ground floor apartment is located in a luxury development situated in the prime location of Puerto Cabopino. The development is positioned between the foot of the highly regarded 18 hole Cabopino golf course and the stylish yacht marina of Puerto Cabopino and is within a 20 minute walk of some of the finest unspoilt beaches on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is well furnished and is surrounded by peaceful, beautifully kept gardens and two swimming pools. The apartment is both air-conditioned and centrally heated and has two marble bathrooms, one en-suite. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom can be either a double or twin, the second bedroom is a twin, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a separate utility room with washing machine. There is a generous sized lounge diner equipped with sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Wireless Internet connection is available. Lounge doors lead to the terrace.

Coast/Beach:

Cabopino's coast line is a protected area of designated natural beauty so you will find large areas of untouched rolling sand dunes and pine trees. There are several beaches catering for a variety of tastes. Close to the port area there are serviced beach areas with sun beds and umbrellas available at a small daily charge. Further along the coastline there are untouched natural beaches leading to a naturist beach served by the famous 'Las Dunas' beach bar. Beaches are within a 20 minute walk.

Travel:

Puerto Cabopino is ideally situated halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella, close to the N-340 coast road and is only 30 minutes from Malaga airport, making the apartment quick and easy to reach.

Distances:

The cosmopolitan town of Marbella with its unique atmosphere, world-class shopping and sophisticated night life is a 15 min drive and the famous town of Puerto Banus offering designer shopping, restaurants and more sophisticated nightlife is a 25 min drive.

Further Details:

Locally there are numerous good quality restaurants and bars. Further afield the popular town of Fuengirola is full of bars, restaurants and nightlife and is again only a 15 minute drive. Further still there is Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Gibraltar. There is also skiing in the Sierras.

Rental periods are flexible. A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure whereupon a receipt, details of key collection, information sheet and directions will be forwarded to you. A further refundable security deposit of £150 will be required with the final balance to safeguard against damages. Prices are for groups of 4 or less, add £30 per person per week for additional persons up to 6.

Changeover days and times are flexible.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
For the Christmas and New Year weeks add £50. For other Bank Holidays add £50. Long or short term lets are welcome, contact owner to discuss.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
