Apartment on Parque Santiago II, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife - Private Balcony and Patio Overlooking Gardens and Pool

Parque Santiago II is a private peaceful 'oasis' of apartments perfectly situated right on the ocean front. It commands an enviable beachfront position between Las Americas and Los Cristianos, ideally situated close to all amenities. This spacious apartment is on the ground floor and occupies a poolside position which is accessed by the private garden terrace which is sun filled until late in the day. Accommodation includes 2 twin bedded bedrooms and bathroom to the 1st floor. The main bedroom has a large terrace with patio furniture. Both have ample wardrobes, one with free safety deposit box. The main bathroom has bath with overhead shower as well as seperate shower. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and fridge freezer. There is also an iron and ironing board. A large living room and dining area which has Satellite TV, video, and radio. The complex has a poolside snack bar serving drinks and meals from 9-7pm.

Lovely apartment, we had a fab 7 days holiday, there is everything one could wish for. Kitchen well equipped, freezer, washing machine and lots of utensils etc., couldn't ask for anything more. Liz and Joe May 09

The location of the apartment is perfect, close to loads of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The complex has a real family feel to it everyone is so friendly, it's felt just like home.

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday with our then young family at Parque Santiago II and were lucky to find that an apartment in the best location for all day sun to the patio and overlooking the pool was available, which we loved on sight so took the plunge and have enjoyed it ever since.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


Immediately out of the private gates of Parque Santiago II is the palm lined wide and flat promenade which leads to a choice of either volcanic or golden sandy beaches. Walking along the promenade Los Cristianos is only a 15 minute walk and a lovely walk too.


All local amenities are only outside the complex including shops restaurants, supermarkets, bars and banks. The nightlife of Playa de Las Americas is 10 minutes walk away.

Tenerife Reina Sofia (TFS) airport is a mere 12 minute taxi ride away, and yet at Parque Santiago II you never see or hear an aircraft. Local buses can be caught just outside the complex which go all over the island regularly.

Further Details:

A great selection of bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. There is a well stocked supermarket on site which stays open until 9.30pm and a large supermarket just outside. A wide range of activities, cycling, sea activities, fishing, boat and bus trips, the Opera House with casino and a lovely crazy golf course are all nearby. A game of bowls or is only minutes away in a taxi at Golf Del Sur as are a selection of golf courses. The Water park, go-carting, safari can be reached within 20 minutes.

Ferry services to the other Canary Islands La Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro are available from Los Cristianos.

Restaurants are varied from paella to the most delicious steaks, pizza and pasta or tapas and local dishes. Shopping is duty free and there is a good selection of shops to wander around of an evening.

This apartment is perfectly placed and provides a perfect location for a lovely holiday.

There is a poolside bar and restaurant open from 9am-6pm, as well as a supermarket inside the complex. Sorry no pets allowed. Outside: Balcony and patio have sun loungers and patio furniture for sole use of private guests. This apartments location gets the sun all day thus enabling maximum use of the private patio. The large heated swimming pool has a children's section with built in slide. Utility Room: Fully tiled WC and basin. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Prices include linen and towels excluding beach towels and a weekly change. Safety deposit box and the use of the private sun lounger and patio furniture.
