A recently modernized, large 2 bedroom apartment, situated in a beautiful traditional Spanish complex, called Aldea Blanca, located in Puerto Banus. This is a perfect base whether you are looking for pure relaxation, convenience or a family holiday! The complex boasts 4 lovely swimming pools, with the largest of the four being just 10 mts from the apartment. The apartment has been fully furnished to a high spec for your comfort and enjoyment, with two bathrooms, modern kitchen with all the latest mod cons, and flat screen TVs in the bedroom and lounge! WiFi in the apartment! Our apartment boasts two terraces, main terrace coming off the lounge/dining area, ideal for outside dining and the second terrace being of the main bedroom. Both ideal for enjoying the beautiful Spanish sunshine! Whatever holiday you are looking to enjoy, you can be rest assured that with our luxury apartment you cannot go wrong. About Magnus

We are a middle age couple living in Sweden, with a 25 year old daughter. We enjoy spending some time in Spain, getting some nice sunshine, which is something we really need, living in northern Europe.

Why Magnus chose Marbella area

We were looking for a comfortable and modern apartment. Our main priorities were: Good access to a nice pool, walking distance to local restaurants, easy access to the beach - possible to walk, a well maintained area that is grown up. All of the above we found in Aldea Blanca!

What makes this apartment unique

Walking distance to several restaurant in the near surrounding and to more trendy restaurants in Puerto Banus. Supermarkets just around the corner for those days when you choose to cook yourselves. 10 min walk to the harbour and beaches of Puerto Banus.

Thank you so much for my stay in your fabulous apartment it was absolutely perfect. Having so many English TV channels was also a bonus. Waking up to that view off the back terrace onto the pool area was amazing and a perfect start to everyday. The apartment was beautifully decorated with all the luxuries one could want.

I will certainly return and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone interested in taking a holiday in Marbella.

Notes on accommodation: Full instructions to use heating and all appliances will be available for your use on booking our apartment for your holiday! The apartment is situated on a traditional Spanish complex with a mix of privately owned, holiday rental accommodation. The complex itself is beautiful and has won awards for it's beauty and upkeep. We would ask you to respect the complex and it's other visitors and residents during your stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat. Outside: Complex consists of 4 good size pools, with the largest being in full view of the main terrace and just 10 meters away from the apartment. Pools and gardens are shared with other residents and visitors to the complex, so please respect this at all times. Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in the Marbella area where a car is not essential; it is just a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre where there are shops and quality restaurants and, again, just a short walk to the Hotel H10 Andalucia Plaza and a further street/area where again shops and quality restaurants are to be found. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen will be provided. Beach towels are not provided please bring your own. Charges for departure clean are included, mid week cleans can be arranged, should you require this. Other: This non-smoking apartment has had extensive refurbishment to offer style and modern comfort for your holiday. Parking is available within the complex, gated security 24hrs, an ideal place to holiday in the spanish sunshine! WiFi in the apartment

The apartment is wonderful, it's finished to a high standard and has everything you could want!

The apartment is a real gem and had everything my sons, myself and husband could have wanted. The complex too surpassed expectations, it was extremely well maintained and the pools and gardens are beautiful. Aldea Blanca is very well located, close to some great bars and restaurants. It's a 15/20 min walk to the heart of Puerto banus (which suited us fine) as we where happy to stay local.

Beautiful accomodation/casa

I have visited this property twice although I have stayed in Aldea Blanca many many times over 14 years of visiting this much loved peaceful and beautiful complex. Location of Aldea is perfect, within easy reach of the port should you require a lively night but should you choose a more relaxing pace, this location is ideal. This property is by far the nicest of those I have previously stayed in, purely because it has been upgraded to a high standard and provides a 'home from home' experience whilst abroad. I cannot recommend this property enough as it won't fail to delight.

Lovely well equipped clean property.

The apartment is in a lovely position in walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and bars. The place was nice and clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of glass, plates etc. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

Beautiful apartment

We've been staying at Aldea Blanca as a family for the last 8 years but this was our first time staying in this apartment. I must admit when we first booked we where slightly nervous that it might not live up to our previous experiences. However from the moment we walked through the door we knew we had made the right choice! The apartment is in a beautiful location overlooking the main pool area with two large terraces ideal for dining al fresco. Inside, the apartment is kitted out with everything a family could need and decorated to a very high standard. Our children aged 3, 9 and 11 loved our stay and settled in straight away, this is testament to the place having a real home from home feel about it. Magnus & Rosi the owners are very attentive and responded to any emails the very same day, the information pack provided before our stay gave us all the information we needed, and made sure everything about our stay was as relaxing as possible.

We will be returning and will certainly be recommending to our friends and family.

High standard accommodation in ideally located beautiful complex with amazing pool

This is the third time we have stayed on the Aldea Blanca complex but this apartment was the best yet. It is well maintained with high standard facilities including full kitchen and two bathrooms and the location on the complex cannot be faulted, very close to the main large swimming pool area and in fact the main balcony has a beautiful view of the pool area. We used the main pool most days and never had any trouble finding space, the pool was never overly busy either, and this was in mid August so height of summer. The whole complex is well kept and we saw the pool cleaners and gardeners out every morning.

Location wise it is a short walk to local restaurants and bars - Gio's, Casa Italia, Park Lane Sports bar are about 7 minutes walk away. There are some more restaurants at the Centro Plaza complex too, about 10 minutes walk in the other direction. The port of Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes walk, which has countless bars and restaurants, we enjoyed looking at the fast cars and yachts down there! Puerto Banus beach is next to the marina too. There are two supermarkets within easy walking distance, a smaller one is about 3 minutes away and the larger one at Centro Plaza is about 10 minutes away. There is also a large Hipercor in Puerto Banus which you can drive to for a "big shop" if you need to.

The owners Magnus and Rosi were very helpful and attentive and provided very detailed information about the apartment and its location. From start to finish this was a great holiday and we would recommend to anyone, we stayed as a family with two young children but equally saw couples and groups of friends on the complex. Hope to be able to return before too long!

Just to the west of Puerto Banus marina, Nueva Andalucia offers a number of trendy beach clubs in a picturesque setting. The beach is only two minutes drive away or just a short walk from the apartment. Beaches are clean and offer a friendly family atmosphere for you to enjoy!

Travel:

Malaga Airport is located just 45 min away from the apartment, main airport to fly into from many major European airports. To explore the wonderful coast of the Costa Del Sol it is advisable to hire a car, which you can do direct from the airport. You can also take the bus from Airport to Marbella and a taxi the last kilometers.

Distances:

The apartment is located just a 15 min walk away from the main port of Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and dancing until the early hours!

And all local amenities, supermarket etc are just minutes walk away, which makes this an ideal holiday with no car!

Further Details:

Local amenities are all within walking distance of the apartment with supermarket, bars, banks. Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in the Marbella area where a car is not essential, it is just a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre where there is a large number of shops and quality restaurants, banks, car hire, a gym and much more. Every Saturday is market day, one of the largest Saturday Morning markets starts at the Centro Plaza just 5 mins away from apartment and goes right down towards Puerto Banus, starts around 9ish and finishes at 2/3pm where you can find every type of goods on sale, but the most interesting opportunities that can be found range among: Bazaar, Art, Craftsmanship, Rustic furniture, Textiles and Antiques.

Again, just a short walk away is the Hotel Andalucia Plaza and a further street/area where again a great many shop and quality restaurants are to be found. Many illustrious visitors have passed through it, including the King and Queen of Spain and Belgium, General Franco, Nobel Prize winner Camilo Jose Cela, and Antonio Banderas among others. Puerto Banus' yearly visitors are estimated at over 4,400,000. There are nine 18-hole golf courses and one 9-hole golf course within a 10km radius with lighting facilities for playing at night. Some of these are considered to be the best in Europe. Puerto Banus nightlife is well known among celebrities, and there are countless clubs and pubs. In the summer months, the whole place rocks 'till daybreak' but expect to pay for it. If you like night clubs and ending up dancing until dawn we suggest the well-known discos La Notte, Olivia Valere, and Oh! Marbella, but if you prefer a more youthful atmosphere try Dreamer's.
