Sermin Apartment is a larger than average,dual aspect, apartment situated in a secluded corner of a high class development 5 mins walk from the centre of Kalkan. It has stunning views over the Bay of Kalkan with the backdrop of the Taurus Mountains. The complex has 2 large swimming pools. The entrance and grounds have beautiful mature flower beds. The sun terraces have marble mosaic floors, sun beds and parasols. Kalkan is a small fishing village set on Turkey's Turquoise coast. The way of life is relaxed and the people are helpful and friendly. Kalkan is renowned for its fine dining and boutique style shopping. The numerous roof terraces, restaurant and bars cater for all tastes and pockets, with stunning views, good food and friendly service. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. For the more energetic there are a variety of water sports available from the beach clubs, and in the cooler months many enjoy walking part of the Lycian Way.

This apartment is a little gem.

We have stayed in many different apartments in Kalkan over the last 10 years but this without doubt is our favourite. Tucked away in the corner of this small and delightful apartment complex it offers privacy and convenience. The small separate pool outside the front door is hardly used by other guests so it feels like you have your own space and you can wander from the apartment to the pool or sun lounger without having to climb any steps or lock the door. It's also ideal for entertaining and BBQing on the large terrace. The apartment is nicely laid out and well equipped and the chairs and sofa in the lounge are comfortable as are the beds and pillows.

The best kept secret om Homeaway !

My wife and I have been living in Turkey for over twenty years, in this time we have visited many areas of Turkey, stayed in many types of accommodation and quite honestly, we always have something to say. This was a last minute random booking, never used HomeAway, never met William or seen this apartment advertised on another site, just completely a last minute decision. In all these years I can honestly say that this is the first time that I have come across such a clean apartment, perfect for our needs that was in a great location. We travelled with a five year old and ten year old who were very happy with the pools, area and enjoyed the trip from start to finish. I cannot speak highly enough of the management at the apartments also, 10/10 thank you
