Located across from the famous 'Silver Sands' designer outlets (Coach, Lauren, and Starbucks), and within walking distance of an abundance of shopping and dining, yet secluded with 24-hour security. Near so much, but once on the Mainsail property you are tucked away from it all. You can relax or stay active - at the pool, beach or playing a game of tennis. We are also located only 20 minutes from the Seaside/Watercolor area and 45 minutes from Panama City Beach.

This is a NON SMOKING UNIT, with fully equipped kitchen . We know you will love staying here as much as we do! The renter must be over 25 and present through the entire stay.
NOTE: Surveillance Cameras in place at front entrance and around pool and grounds. There are NO camera's inside the condo. There is one at the entrance facing the elevator and the HOA has camera's place at the pool and other places around the grounds. The purpose of those camera's is for safety on the grounds.

NOTE: Beach setup is no longer included in rental. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
