Superb 3 bedroom apartment with sea view, air conditioning, easy access to pools, beach & friendly family resort

Pueblo Esparragos is a complex of about 130 privately owned apartments built on a hillside overlooking the pine clad hills and the bay of Cala Llonga. Newly refurbished in 2015, No 4 Guardiana is set at the end of a row of apartments, quietly located yet close to one of the shared pools. The complex includes two swimming pools each with its own bar/cafe attached. There is a pub called the Bunch of Grapes and an excellent restaurant, Wild Asparagus. As the Pueblo is built on a hillside, there are steps to and from the apartments and amenities. The complex also has a laundry and small shop. The village of Cala Llonga which has a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away and a further 5 minute walk takes you to the beach which is considered one of the safest on the island for families with children. Nearby you will find a riding school as well as Ibiza's beautiful golf club. The town of Sta Eulalia is only about 5 km away and easily accessible. The village has a pharmacy, doctor's surgery, banks, post office and various hire car and excursion agencies. A local day-trip ferry runs from the beach to the local town of Santa Eulalia and beyond. The PIMS service agent's office is just round the corner from the apartment next to the Bunch of Grapes bar.

The property itself sleeps 6, is newly refurbished with a well equipped, modern kitchen, large patio, 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Why Rebecca Charnock Phillips chose Santa Eulalia

This is one of only a few 3 bed properties on the Pueblo Esparragos. Being an end of terrace it is a little quieter and more secluded. It has been refurbished over the winter of 2014/15 and now has new fittings and furnishings, air conditioning and wifi.

What makes this apartment unique

Ideally located close to pools, beaches and local amenities the apartment provides an excellent location to exp[lore the beautiful Island of Ibiza. Cala Llonga is a quiet but well provided for resort and has excellent public transport links to St Eulalia (15 mins) and Ibiza Town (25 mins). There is parking at Plaza Titi for hire cars and driving on Ibiza is a relatively stress free activity!

Fantastic Holiday

We loved our stay at 4 Guardiana, Cala Llonga. The apartment was spacious, bright, nicely decorated and very clean. Booking was straight forward and Rebecca was very helpful with any questions that we had.

We loved dining in on the balcony with the beautiful views as well as eating out in some of the lovely restaurants in the resort.

The Pool was close and had a very relaxing atmosphere with a welcoming poolside bar. We enjoyed the beach every afternoon which never felt busy even though it was peak season! Cala Llonga is a lovely family resort and we hope to return next year.

Another wonderful stay

We returned to this apartment for the second year running and it was just as good as the first.

The apartment has all the mod cons and essentials you need for a hassle free holiday and nothing beats the view you get over looking the beautiful bay of Cala Llonga.

Great holiday

Splendid apartment all mod cons! Comfy beds, great showers n ideal location. Steady 10 mins walk into town great relaxing holiday. Pool was great to eat n swim at made to feel welcome at the pool bar by all. Property very well maintained we will deffinitely be returning!

Lovely refurbished property

Lovely clean, bright and well maintained property in the lower part of the Pueblo Esparragos complex. The property has been refurbished in the past year and provided all the facilities and mod-cons that are required so eating out every night was not a necessity.

We have stayed at various apartments within the complex over the years but this was by far the best.

Booking and communication with the pleasant owner was easy and straight forward and we would recommend anyone wanting to stay in the lovely resort of Cala Llonga to stay here.

Enjoyable Holiday

We had a great time in the Asparagus. Loved the location, even though there was a fairly steep hill and steps around the resort but this is great if you like to keep fit and go for walks. The villa was home from home and we would certainly rent it out again. The booking was very easy and straightforward and I will definetly use Owners Direct again.See you next year!

Coast/Beach:

The beach at Cala Llonga is a 10 minute walk from the Pueblo through Cala Llonga village. It is considered one of the safest beaches in Ibiza, Cala Llonga is a beautiful wide cove with white sandy beach.

Travel:

Once in Cala Llonga you don't need a car to visit the local village and the local beach. It is nice to have a car so that you can discover the island and some of the other beautiful beaches.

Distances:

7 miles to Ibiza Town. 3 miles to Santa Eulalia. 15 miles to San Antonio.

Further Details:

The local shops in Cala Llonga are a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of small supermarkets which can supply all you need as well as lots of local restaurants. There is a pharmacy and doctor's surgery in the village as well as a number of car rental agents.
