Apartment in Ferrera Park, Cala Ferrera. Picturesque Location, Direct Access to Sea, 3 mins walk to Beach

This ground floor sea-facing apartment is within the very popular and quiet Ferrera Park complex, with beautiful views of the sea within a picturesque bay. There is a communal swimming pool, and direct access to the sea within this small and friendly complex. There are two beaches within a 3 minute walk of the apartment. Many shops, restaurants and other facilities are within a couple of minutes walk. Cala d'Or centre is a 15 minute leisurely stroll away. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and benefits from a large patio overlooking the sea. Direct from the patio there is access to the pool, sunbathing and the sea. There are many beaches within reach on foot, by tourist land-train, or by car for some further afield. Other nearby facilities include golf at the excellent Val d'Or golf club (15 minute drive), and many island attractions including the famous Caves of Drach (25 minute drive). We holiday here with a young family and can make many recommendations to benefit your visit.

Why Katherine Keast chose Santanyi

I have been holidaying in Cala d'or since I was little, and we've stayed in many places including Ferrera Park. Friends of the family then purchased an apartment in Ferrera Park and I've stayed there often. I fell in love with the view over the bay, and the area became a 2nd home to me. When I had my own young family we looked for a location to purchase a holiday property, and although we considered different countries and locations, we quickly came back to Ferrera Park specifically. The setting is unique. The location is stunning.

The main benefits of our apartment are the view, the proximity to the sea and the beach and the convenience of the location to Cala Ferrera and to Cala d'or.

Very convenient unit with great lay-out, wonderful terrace, steps from rocks, sunning and swimming platforms. Very helpful descriptions, instructions and suggestions provided. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund. Please note smoking is not allowed within the apartment itself and pets are not permitted.

Changeover Day:
The apartment can be accessed from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with fans. The air-conditioning can perform either a cooling or a heating function. The apartment is on the ground floor and includes one parking space in the complex parking area. The apartment is suitable for children. Requests for cots, highchairs and other requirements can be met where required - and we can recommend a local company who hire good quality equipment. Ferrera Park has a private car park available for the use of guests. Outside: Ferrera Park is a highly sought after complex for holiday rentals in this area, and is a very good quality location in all respects. The apartment itself has a large patio with table and chairs, and a small grass area on the boundary. The gardens in the complex are private and very well maintained. The communal swimming pool is for the use of guests staying within the complex. It has shallow and deep ends. It is a relatively small pool of approximately 18 metres by 8 metres at its widest. The pool is surrounded by a paved area for sunbathing and, if required, observation of your children. There is direct access to the sea with ladders from the rock bay and sunbathing areas incorporated on the outcrop. The beaches in the bay is within a short walk or swim! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. The apartment will be cleaned for arrival followed by a weekly clean of the apartment and change of towels/linen. Other: Dining area with table and six chairs. Sideboard.
