Amazing two bedroom apartment with stunning views of Nerja town, coastline and mountains. The apartment is on a very quiet complex, a 5 min walk to a large (family friendly) communal pool (late March till end of October). 5 min drive to the nearest beach (Burriana). 25 minute walk to town or 5 minute car or bus ride. Free wifi and car parking available. Peaceful location but still near pool, shop and restaurants.

Notes on accommodation: Heater for Winter and duvets! Fans for Summer. Children are welcome. Outside: Communal gardens around whole complex of San Juan. Great terrace with sunbeds, chairs etc. Communal large pool with lifeguards, plus small separate baby pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedlinen provided (not beach towels). All changed on a weekly basis. Other: Large circular glass patio table with 4 matching chairs - can be used inside in the Winter.

Best views ever of Nerja !

Lovely holiday in Nerja. Apartment at the top of Capistrano so need to be quite fit if you are going to walk up to apartment. We walked down into town and back every day, so probably fitter than we were before we went. Nice apartment. Plenty local buses for only 1 euro which can take you throughout the area. Visited Friglianna - lovely !

Sehr schönes Appartement in erhöhter Randlage von Nerja.

Wir haben den großzügigen Balkon mit Rundumblick auf Nerja und die Küste zu jeder Tageszeit genossen.

Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.

About Gina

Hi, we live in Hampshire, England with our four dogs; 3 Flat-coated retrievers and our rescue Labrador.

Although we love living in the country it is great to be able to go to our Nerja apartment for some guaranteed sunshine and relaxation.

We hope you enjoy it too.

Why Gina chose Nerja

Having looked at buying in various places on the Costa del Sol, we eventually found Nerja and fell in love with it.

Nerja is a lovely town, very relaxing with something to offer all ages.

We are 45 mins from Malaga airport and 60 mins from Granada airport and the wonderful Alhambra Palace.

What makes this apartment unique

We love sitting on our balcony and enjoying the fantastic views. The swimming pool is really impressive too and has everything you need to spend the whole day there.

In the evening if you do not want to go into the town, you can still walk to a variety of restaurants which are near the swimming pool.

Nerja town and its beaches are a 5 minute bus/car ride away, so we have the best of both worlds.

5 min drive/20 min walk to Burriana Beach in Nerja. Lots of other local beaches too.


Malaga airport is a 40 min drive away - motorway access to within 1 mile of Nerja town.


Nerja Caves 10 min drive.

Aqualelis Water Park 15 min drive.

Shops, bars, restaurants in walking distance.

Malaga/Puerto Banus 70 mins, good for a day out.

Granada, Alhambra Palace 90 mins, booking advisable.

Frigliana 15 min drive, narrow cobbled streets in this restored mountain town.

Maro 10 min drive, a picturesque village with small secluded beach with restaurant.
