About this property

The apartment caters for up to 4 people and is located close to the piste and set back from the main road and quiet. It is a 1st floor apartment with a lift and stairs. The entrance to the building is via secure code. Gated free parking is available at the foot of the building.

Refurbished inside and out, it includes a brand new kitchen with a full size oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan and under shelf fridge freezer. A raclette machine is also available.

A south facing balcony with a table and four chairs to is at your disposal to enjoy the sun and mountain views.

It is fully equipped and has a bath with good shower and separate wc. Comfortable full size double sofabed (200cm x 160cm) in the lounge and bunk beds (190cm x 90cm) in the "coin montagne" separated from the lounge by a door.

There are a number of games available such as Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly Junior, Chess, Checkers, Cards as well as a number of reading books, television and radio.

Located next to the 'luge' chairlift and nursery slopes and only 5 minutes (flat) walk from the main Jandri express lift (250 metres away) giving you access to the whole mountain as well as the Belle Etoile chairlift (150 metres).

During winter, it is possible to ski back to the door, assuming good snow cover in the resort.

Ski locker in the basement for equipment storage. Due to the resort's high altitude, skiing is available in the winter and in summer skiing is possible on the glacier at 3600m. Les Deux Alpes also has the largest snow park in Europe.

The resort bosts activities for all ages both during the Winter and Summer seasons from skiing, mountain biking, hicking, mountaineering, paragliding, via ferrata, hicking up to and sleeping in a refuge, mini golf, tennis, swimming, horse riding etc .

It has a large resident community who are extremely welcoming and friendly. There are lots of good restaurants and bars, nightclubs for the younger age group, all round a great resort.

Lovely Les Alberges!
Everything about this Les Alberges apartment in Les2Alpes is great: super helpful and friendly communication from both the host and manager in resort; the location is fabulous, tucked between the snow front and Avenue de la Muzelle and within handy walking distance of the white eggs and Jandri to whizz you up to snow sure areas. Another location plus is that it is placed in a quiet area, even during the mad bustle of peak season times. Additionally, once inside, you are warm and comfortable, a ski apartment with the comfort of home. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you for a lovely holiday....

Lovely quaint little apartment with all one would need for a short break. Easy to locate and great to be able to ride up to front door of Les Alberges, private car park was very handy. I had a wonderful time and I'm already looking forward to booking it again next year. Kind regards Jason

Although I currently live in the UK, I spent a good deal of my childhood in the Swiss/French Alps and loved the majestic mountains the Alps offers. Go round any corner you see a different stunning view of the area. The Alps has something to offer all year round, from long hot summer days to the beautiful autumn months when the leaves on the trees turn golden and offer a colour spectacle that is hard to match. Then winter comes along and paints the tops white as if icing sugar has been poured over the mountains. Spring announces itself with rivers and streams filling with clear blue ice water, spring flowers springing up and marmottes beginning to come out of hibernation.

Why they chose this property

I first came to the resort in 2008 on holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the area, the views and its location. Everyone was friendly and smiley. in 2010, an opportunity came up to buy this apartment and after visiting it I jumped to it and bought it as felt cosy as well as being in the heart of the resort, set back from the main road at the foot of the mountain. The gated free parking means that, if you arrive by car, you can leave the car in the parking free. There are no hills to climb to descend to to access the shops, restaurants, bars and lift. There is free shuttle bus stop 40m from the building should you wish to make use of it.

What makes this property unique

It is located in the centre of the resort, yet set back from the main road which means it is quiet. It also has its own private parking which is handy at peak times. From the balcony, you can watch skiers skiing back at the end of the day. You're also able to see if the Jandri Express Gondola is running in the morning if you are an early starter which is great. In addition, you can ski back to within a few metres of the apartment when snow cover allows it
