Villa Bonita is our family holiday home and is therefore furnished with quality materials. High ceilings and large rooms, hardwood doors and wardrobes, beautiful modern tiles, an Italian kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and quality king sized beds provide the perfect environment for a relaxing holiday. The sea is just moments away, with two small sandy coves. A lovely larger sandy beach with very safe bathing, lying in front of the 5* Bahia Real Hotel, is reached in 3 minutes. There are also magnificent coral white sand beaches beginning 5 min. away that stretch for several kilometres. The Dunes Nature Reserve, extending over several thousand acres, begins in the immediate neighbourhood. Some restaurants and shops are nearby and the centre of Corralejo is in walking distance.

Just a note to say what a lovely property the villa is. We enjoyed our stay very much. The roof terrace was lovely and sunbathing there a delight.

Beautiful Villa, excellent facilities and great lo

We stayed in this Villa in July 2015. The private pool was an immediate hit with our three sons. Excellent facilities, great views and a lovely quiet location. The owner provided loads of very useful information before our stay and a recommendation for a car hire company which we found excellent value. There is a small beach less than a minutes walk away which was virtually our private beach for the whole two weeks. The larger and stunning flag beach is around 10 – 15 minutes walk along the coast in one direction and the center of Corralejo about 30 minutes walk along the coast in the other direction – these are times with small children in tow so I’m sure it’s much less if you are not as encumbered. Would definitely recommend a hire care during your stay though.

All in all a fabulous relaxing holiday, will definitely be returning to both Corralejo and this Villa.

Owner's Response: We loved having you and your family at our private holiday home by the sea. The quiet location of the villa and those wonderful views out to sea from the house, the pool and the very large roof terrace make it such a unique place. The villa is modern, very nicely furnished to a high standard as a private home which make our guests immediately also feel at home. Being so close to all those white sandy beaches, restaurants, supermarket and the Sunday Market at the CAMPANARIO SHOPPING CENTER gives it an extra attraction. The centre of town is not far. There are so many lovely restaurants along the promenade and the harbour. After a nice meal and a bottle of wine a taxi will take you back for Euro 5,-- There is WiFi, TV with many foreign channels, lots of books in the book case - no wonder the time flies away. But, you are always welcome to come again ---- CORRALEJO/Fuerteventura - Villa BONITA - a home were the sun shines 12 months of the year.

Location

From the Owner

Located in one of the nicest residential areas of Corralej, near the famous white sandy beaches and dunes. Wonderful views out to sea from the villa, the pool, garden and the very large rood terrace. It's quiet. Very safe for the children to play on the beach - 40 meters from the house. A great family home - lovely furnished to a very high standard - for all to enjoy.

Nearest Airport : Fuerteventura at 35 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : to Lanzarote at 2 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Corralejo at 15 Kilometres Nearest Beach : From the garden gate to the sea/beach at 40 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Fuerteventura is blessed with the best beaches in the Canaries. The sand is extremely fine and pinkish white in colour due to the coral component. Delightful to walk and sunbathe on, it also reflects from the seabed, giving the sea its lovely turquoise colour. The sea itself is crystal clear, so swimming, snorkelling and diving are great. The principal beaches start a few minutes away and stretch for kilometres. Fishing is popular and deep sea fishing excursions can be booked in Corralejo.

Travel:

The villa is located about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Car hire can be arranged there and taxis are also available. Public transport is also available but requires a change of bus in Rosario, the capital. Local travel is best by taxis, which are reasonably cheap.

Car hire can also be arranged locally in Corralejo, if you want to make excursions over a few days.

Distances:

The centre of Corralejo is about 20 minutes walk along the beach pathway and a little less by the road. There are shops, supermarket and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. Whilst a car is desirable it is not essential, especially if you intend to spend most of the time on the beaches. Rather, use the taxis, which are plentiful and good value.

Further Details:

Corralejo has many restaurants and shops that cater for most tastes. Excursions for deep sea fishing, for boat trips and for the ferries to Lobos and Lanzarote can be arranged in Corralejo. A visit to Lanzarote's volcanic region is certainly worthwhile.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out good quality travel and accident insurance. This is our family holiday home not a commercial rental property. Our guests are very special and treated as friends and family. Additional information about our rental rates: The rate given is based on 2 pers. occupation. An add. rate of £50,- per person is added to cover linen service, water, electricity and cleaning service.

A deposit of £400,- per week is due to confirm the reservation. The final payment is due 2 months before departure.
With the owners agreement the payment terms can be changed.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: All windows and external doors are fitted with mosquito nets. The pool area is totally enclosed and accessed through a locked gate, in order to protect young children. Outside: The house and its surrounding terraces are elevated about 4 feet (1.2m) above the neighbouring ground level. They in turn are surrounded by 4 ft walls. This provides privacy yet still gives an open aspect and wonderful sea views. Entry is via locked double gates. The shaded dining terrace in front of the lounge slopes gently down to the gated pool terrace. Sun lounge chairs are provided on the pool terrace and also on the roof terrace, reached by a short stairway at the side of the house. The latter provides wonderful views out to sea and to the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. There are also views to Corralejo harbour, where the ferries from Lanzarote arrive, and lovely inland views across the Dunes Nature Reserve to the distant mountains. Utility Room: A sliding glass door in the kitchen gives access to a glass enclosed breakfast area that is open at the roof. It provides views to the sea and the small garden. It is also useful as a protected play area for children. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and bathroom towels (not beach towels) are available. A cot and a high chair are available. Other: The large dining room with vaulted ceiling has lovely sea views. It is reached by double glazed doors from the lounge and it seats six. In addition, there are two comfortable leather chairs and a coffee table, for relaxing away from the lounge activities.
