Apartment 1 - 4th Floor - 1/4-B

Bedrooms: Main bedroom has a double bed which can be split into two singles.

Bedroom 2 again has a double which can be zipped apart to form two singles.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds.

All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning.

Bathrooms: The main bedroom has an en-suite with a large walk-in shower.

The other 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen has a full oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the usual smaller appliances like toaster, kettle, iron etc. There is also a hairdryer in the apartment, iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: The lounge has two large sofas and a dining table. There is a TV and a DVD player.

Free Wi-Fi included.

Towels (bathroom and pool) are supplied. Bed linen is also supplied. Changes are normally done once per week but additional changes can be arranged at cost.

Camp bed can be added for a 7th person, but only suitable for a child

About the property


In the exclusive Parque complex in the heart of Marbella. The first unit is a 4th floor apartment, the 2nd unit is on the 1st floor. The complex is well maintained and has two swimming pools as well as a kiddies pool. Shops, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance so there's no need to hire a car, although parking spaces are available for an additional charge (€100 per week). The beach and beautiful marble promenade are just 100metres away and Marbella Old Town is a 10/15minute stroll. Both apartments have air conditioning in all rooms. For golfers you have easy access to many courses within a few minutes drive, and the real bonus is that you're located in central Marbella so when you come back for drinks and dinner there's no driving or taxis involved. This is also a great base for cyclists with rolling coastal roads and plenty of climbing right on your doorstep.

Notes on accommodation: Cot and highchair available if required. Needs to be booked in advance. Balcony - Overlooks the pools and the park. Wi-Fi is provided Outside: The complex has two large pools approx 18m x 6m and a separate kiddies pool. The pools are only for residents use and are open from 10am until 10pm daily. Pool-side chairs and pool beds are supplied in the apartment and can be brought to the pool and left there for the duration of your stay, however you must return them to the apartment before departure. The advantage to this is that you have your own private pool beds so you can come and go to the pool at any time. The complex has 24 hour security and can only be accessed by key holders.

Central Marbella

A lovely spacious appartment in a private complex all mod-cons, sky TV,air-con and a well fitted out kitchen, which can be stocked eadily from the supermarket around the corner. The pool area was quiet with a proper swiming pool, you can dive in and actually swim. We loved the location with the beach and Marina on the doorstep and town centre 5 minutes walk. There is a variety of restaurants on the doorstep and some nice pubs. Will definetely consider again when we return to marbella.

Special interest holidays:

Cycling. This as a fantastic location for cycling holidays with rolling coastal roads and plenty of mountain routes once you turn inland. I can provide suggested routes for you. Bike rental is available with delivery to the complex. Road bikes, mountain bikes and hybrids are all available in all sizes. Advance booking highly recommended.


Located just 150m from the promenade and beach which is nice and sandy. The water is shallow in parts which allows you to safely wade up to 50 meters or more from the beach.


Malaga airport is approx 40 minutes drive away. Taxis should be pre-booked for 65 euro each way taking up to 4 passengers or 100 euro each way for up to 7 passengers. There is also a bus service costing about 5 euros which brings you to Marbella bus station and you can take a taxi from there to the apartments costing about 10 euros.


Located in Marbella town centre. About 15 minutes stroll from Marbella Old Town. Puerto Banus is 4 miles west of Marbella.
