Lovely, large house on a big, private plot (5000 sqm) in quiet surroundings. 4 bed rooms (2 double and 2 twins) and sofa sleeper in "bureau".

Linen, towels and pool towels provided.

Fully heated/air-conditioned (very quietly). Large lounge with TV and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Large covered terrace with BBQ, dining area and sofa area - this is where you live during the summer!

Just 2.5 km from Fayence and 1.5 km from Seillans, two old Provencal villages. 3 weekly markets in Fayence. Shopping within 5 minutes drive and lots of good and friendly restautants.

Large private pool, 12.5 x 4.5 m, fenced and with pool alarm for maximum safety. Weekly pool maintenance. Very well kept garden. Private vinyard (own production in wine cave).

One of Europe's most important glider/sail planes centers are located on the opposites side of Fayence.

Nice airport is 50-60 minutes drive. The autoroute A8 is 20 minutes drive. Cannes is 30-35 minutes away.

Distances:

Fayence village 2.5km. Seillans village 1.5km (both are old, authentic Provencal villages). In Fayence, there are 3 weekly markets (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays).

Further Details:

Multiple good estaurants and shops in the villages. All within 5-10 minutes drive.

Extra cleaning and linen exchange can be arranged and paid for on site directly with our 'housekeeper'. Other: Large covered terrace with dining table, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and two sofas.
