Marina D'or 1 is a privately owned small complex of townhouses with landscaped gardens and a choice of 3 swimming pools, one being a fun pool with water-slide. The house has both air-conditioning/heating in all rooms. It has a small private gated garden. The house is perfectly situated for walking to several local beaches, all of which are ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports such as scuba diving, wind surfing and sailing. The Vall d'or 18 hole golf course is only a 10 minute drive away.

From arriving the sun shone and then accommodation was perfect companion to our stay. Excellent amenities and location. .Owner available to assist when needed information. Highly recommend to families in a secure safe environment with plenty of restaurants 5 minutes walk away and beaches within 10.
Wonderful family holiday
Lovely Casa on a very family friendly complex. Our children loved the swimming pool. Only 5 mins walk to the beautiful marina with it's many restaurants and only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. The Casa is in a lovely area, with no need to hire a car as everything is close by. The owner is very helpful and always answered questions promptly.

Activity and Interests
Within 5 minutes walking distance from the accommodation, there are 3 beaches to choose from with fabulous sandy coves. One of the most beautiful beaches is Mondrago National Park, this a 10 minute drive by car or by the local road train.
Palma airport is 60km away. Taxis and buses operate direct from the airport and there are numerous car hire firms offering reasonable rates. By car the airport is approx 40 minutes away.
Cala D'Or is 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk around the picturesque marina. The town offers a greater selection of shops, restaurants, bars, beaches and other leisure activities such as mini golf, scuba diving, fishing, boat trips and water skiing. Closeby is Cala Egos, where there is bowling, trampolining, go karts and pitch/putt golf. Other tourist attractions include, the Caves of Drach and the resorts of Porto Cristo and Porto Colom. Europe's largest water park Aqualand is a 40 minute drive.
- Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking in UK pounds. The outstanding balance becomes due eight weeks prior to the date of departure. Weekly cleaning and laundry is included in the price.
Saturday to Saturday. Outside of main season other arrival/departure days may be possible. Please contact to discuss this further. Villa available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

- Notes on accommodation: This property is excellent for families with children of all ages and also the more mature guests as it is conveniently situated for access to the surrounding amenities. Outside: The garden is completely walled with a gate giving access to the swimming pool area. There is a patio with dining table, chairs and sunloungers. There is also a BBQ for use by the guests. Additionally there are two separate sun terraces one being on the roof for private sunbathing, the second terrace leads from the small study area. Access to the Casa and its secure parking is via the private electric gates to the front of the complex. Utility Room: Adjacent to kitchen area incorporating sink and washing machine with drying facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and all household linen is included in the price and are changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels are not provided. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a mid-stay clean included. Other: Upstairs there is a small study area with desk and bookcase. A travel cot is provided.
