Lovely quiet, spacious apartment in Valencia on a charming pedestrianised plaza. 120 sqm with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, reception room and multi purpose study room with sofa bed. Equally comfortable for 2 people and larger parties. Facilities include wifi, TV, DVD, stereo, though most time will be spent exploring amazing Valencia. Opposite the medieval naval building (now an art gallery), away from traffic yet 200m to fantastic marina created for the America's Cup and Formula 1 urban circuit. Is wonderfully located between Valencia’s main attractions – the beach/marina, the City of Sciences and Arts, the city centre and the historic old town. Local area is very Spanish, with much to enjoy and welcoming to visitors. Vast clean sandy beach 10 mins walk, only short bus or metro trip to old city centre, walk to City of Sciences and Arts. Supermarket, market and cash machines nearby. Many bars, restaurants and clubs all within a close distance. Excellent transport connections to all places.

We visited Valencia about 7 years ago at Las Fallas, fell in love with the people, the city, the culture and the beach so much that we bought the apartment near to what was to become America's Cup port. Since then there has been amazing development to improve the transport and facilities infrastructure. The city is wonderful, both old and new and we never tire of visiting and exploring for anything from a long weekend to several weeks, whether with friends, family or just for a quiet stay.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is wonderfully located for both the beach and the city. It is in a very local Spanish area with much to enjoy, including the marina, developed for America's Cup within moments of the apartment. It is also within walking distance or short bus journey to the Arts and Science Park and easily accessible to the City centre. It is very comfortable and has many local restaurants, shops and market. We have local experienced agents on the spot 24 hours to meet your needs.

'A lovely spacious flat in a fabulous location. The front overlooks a small square with a beautiful old building (housing art exhibitions) where you can watch Valencian life. It's an easy walk to the port and the beach where the America's cup activity is and also good access to local shops. An easy bus ride from the old town and Science centre etc. Clean, comfortable, easy access via a lift and not aware of any noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay'

Spacious and well located apartment in Valencia

We first went to Valencia as a family in 2015, staying closer to the city centre. As parents with 3 kids, kids who preferred the beach to the architecture of the city, we decided this year to book somewhere closer to the sea. Knowing the city fairly well from previous visits, we were comfortable taking the metro from the airport, and the transfer from the tram stop to the apartment is just 5 mins on foot. The apartment was all as described in terms of location, space etc, and it didn't disappoint.

There is plenty to do in Valencia, and the apartment is in the perfect position to explore the options. Bikes are available to hire locally, and the many kms of safe cycle paths make it a fun day out. As (relatively) active parents, both my wife and I enjoyed our morning runs along the beach front, and the Turia park. The beach, as described, is just 10 minutes walk away.

Most evenings we'd eat out, and the location is well served. After long, active days, the apartment became a real home from home, and we all relaxed very well into it. Even with 5 of us, we had plenty of space to relax on our own.

Nice apartment in a handy location

We were a small group of golfers visiting Valencia for a week. The apartment was nicely situated near the Americas Cup harbour and in easy walking distance of the beach, the metro and some good bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. We found parking OK - although we did take clubs, etc. back to the apartment each night.

The only 'surprises' were the Valencians' fondness for fireworks, it seems, at any time of the day (or night!). All the arrangements with Lucy and Chris went very well and I don't have any hesitation in recommending the apartment and the locality.

Owner's Response: It is best to be warned about the fireworks, a very Valencian passion. They can sound like gunfire and make you jump!

Excellent apartment in Valencia.

A spacious well equipped apartment ideally situated for both the city and the beaches. Local facilities including supermarkets and bars/restaurants were very good. The property was clean and well maintained and the owner and managing agents provided good customer service throughout. Valencia is a great destination combining the attractions of a large ancient city with those of a beach resort. Thoroughly recommended.
