Villa Cresta offers you an exceptionally luxurious well equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. The living area is bright and spacious with a bay window overlooking the front terrace with views down to the sea. The kitchen/dining room has patio doors to the garden. The 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, en-suite to the master bedroom which also has patio doors to a private balcony. Continue up the stairs, to the large roof terrace where the view is stunning. The jacuzzi awaits to relax you when watching the sunset or the twinkling stars and lights of Paphos and Pegia in the distance. The slight elevation secures superb views to the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Outside there is front and rear terraces, garden with gates to the quiet cul-du-sac which has plenty of turning space, BBQ, off street parking if required. You have all the main facilities in easy reach, whilst not being disturbed by traffic noise. Ideally suited for coastal walks, day trips.

We have just returned from a memorable holiday with family in Cyprus. This beautiful island has been our spring destination for the last sixteen years and is still providing new and exciting experiences. Most years we have stayed in a variety of different hotels from the Veronica through to the Annabelle .All of them located in and around Paphos. As a more flexible holiday we chose to rent a villa in a more rural setting. The family had chosen this villa the previous year, and we had been impressed with the spacious feel. Amenities and stunning views along the Sea cave coastline .

Our decision to use Villa Cresta was well founded. The roof area proved to be a perfect location for breakfast on most days during our three week stay. The local supermarket does the most amazing full English for a remarkable €2:95.

A car or jeep is a necessity as the location means it's a short drive to the nightlife. The Villa is located close to the Akamas; a vast unspoilt wilderness just waiting for explorers.

The owners were most helpful and efficient in dealing with our booking with English Cypriot residents taking care of maintenance and any problems we may have had. Apart from a defective can opener the only time we had to call them was to ask directions.

We have already booked for a month next year. We can't wait

Stunning views

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Cresta. Everything was exactly as described by Roger the owner who was also very helpful with the booking and advice afterwards. The villa was perfectly clean, had very comfortable beds and was fully equipped. The villa is positioned in a lovely area of Cyprus, great for walking or just lazing around. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful

Beautiful, super clean and cosy. The villa is situated on the sea caves part of Peyia, Coral Bay, a short drive from the main town but still hid away for peace and quiet.

My favourite room was the living room and balcony, looking out onto the sea views every morning was wonderful and so relaxing. The massive kitchen with everything we needed was next to a lovely patio with a bbq with beautiful plants and flowers.

I loved the ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom, the villa also has another bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs toilet. Top floor had a hot tub which we didn't have the opportunity to use but will next time! We bought the wifi and sky tv package so in the evenings if we didnt want to go out we happily relaxed watching our favourite soaps. Overall the price and ease of booking this villa was 10/10, Roger was very helpful and prompt when contacted. Have reccomended to friends and family and will be booking again in the future.

Paphos, Villa Cresta

Wunderfull destination

We were 3 adults and had a wunderfull stay (2 weeks) in Paphos, Villa Cresta. There is really one of the most pittoresque coasts of Cyprus in front of it. And the apartment offered all what we needed. It was a little bit to cold for the whirlpool (21° ;-) but the top of the house and also the terasse in the back were very fine, also the view over the sea, the nighborhoud, the tavernes nearby, the coast of Aphrodite and the canyon of peninsula Akamas.

Roger, the owner and the caretakers were really nice and helped with information and practice whenever necessary. WiFi worked without problems. For shopping served Phillipos 10 km away at Coral Bay crossing (so you need a car).

So we can fully recommend this apartment and wish all holidaymakers much days there.

Peace and quiet

We enjoyed our week at Villa Cresta. The house is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The area is quiet. The views from inside and out are lovely and this is a good place to ‘get away from it all’. We enjoyed walking down to the sea or along the coastline by the sea caves and there are plenty of tavernas within reach and a bar within walking distance. St George’s with its bay and restaurant is only minutes away and there are good road links to Paphos and over the hills towards Polis and Latchi.

Great place. Great weather. Great views. Sea 2 minutes away and Cypriot restaurant about 5 minutes walk with great food and great views, sit in or sit out in the garden overlooking the Med.

EXCELLENT VILLA, WONDERFUL VIEWS

The villa is extremely spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you could need. We did not use the hot tub, but the shady garden is ideal. The views are spectacular, and the roof terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset.

A car is essential, and the villa has its own drive to park in. As we have been to Cyprus a few times before, we spent most of the time at Corallia Beach.

We will definitely be booking again.

The Sea Caves area is a beautiful area of natural coastline ruggedness where you can walk along the coastline to St Georges Bay. Its an ideal spot to relax and recharge in the quiet Sea Caves area. Yet still in easy reach of all amenities.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The world famous Coral Bay with its golden sandy beaches is only 5 mins drive. St Georges is only 5 mins drive. Latchi, Tomb of the Kings beaches and Paphos harbour are all in easy reach. The famous Lara Beach (Sea Turtles) is half an hour drive. A few strong swimmers go swimming / snorkelling by the Sea Caves.

Travel:

Paphos International Airport 30km. Beach 100m. Coral Bay 3kms. Limassol ferry port 75km. Nearest bus stop for market/Kato, Paphos, Tomb of the Kings, water park, is Coral Bay, Beach car park. Car is required. Easy to reach are Latchi Beach, Baths of Aphrodite, Argaka museum (nr Polis), Akamas Nature trails. Take the road to Paphos, for the underground Tombs of the Kings, Churches, Museums, The house of Mosaics close to the Harbour. Drive or take a Jeep Safari to the mountains or Petra Tou Romeo.

Distances:

Peyia 3km, Coral Bay 3km, Tomb of the Kings, Kato Paphos, the old Market.

Sea Caves 100 metres walk.

There are supermarkets, tavernas (restaurants), shops, Banks, bakery, butchers shop and gym at Peyia and Coral Bay both 3kms away and dotted along the side of the road back to Paphos are restaurants, shops. The Sea Caves taverna is in easy walking distance. There are reptile, bird parks, horse riding, go karting, water sports, snorkeling.
