The studio overlooks the sandy beach of La Salis, which is but a short walk from Antibes. A car is not necessary as there is a shuttle bus service into the centre of town, and Antibes can be reached by bus from the airport, or taxi. The old town of Antibes has a wealth of charm to be explored, with cafés, bars and restaurants. There are boutiques to shop in, and museums to see. Antibes is a short drive from Nice airport and places like Cannes, Mougins and Monaco are but a short distance away.

About the Owner

I live in the UK with my husband and two children, but visit France often. We have owned property in France for some years and fairly recently 'relocated' within the Cap d' Antibes area, where there is a good mix of things to do, people to meet and places to go. We spend most of our holidays there, it is lovely being so close to the sea, the beach and all the wonderful restaurants!

I have visited this area for some years but am so pleased to have found this studio. Frontline sea-view, equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. I hope to book again next year. IB August 2013

Tamanaco Apartment , Salis Beach

We have just spent another perfect break at the apartment , our second visit . It just gets better, the studio is great, view couldn't get any better..

The owner was more than helpful , so was the Lady that looks after the property in Antibes, there is so much to do and see, from the local markets which are daily, to the sites on and around Nice, only a very short train journey and you are in Italy.

We look forward to a return visit very soon.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location and the view from the balcony was perfect. We particularly liked the bathroom. The owner and agents were very helpful during the booking process and during our stay. The only negative comment we would make concerns the underground parking which was not suitable for a family sized car. Parking the car in the narrow walled space was so difficult that we only took our car out twice during our 2 week stay. Having said that, we would stay here again without a car.

Super location

This was our third stay at this excellent studio apartment. From the balcony it has excellent views of Antibes and across to Nice with the Alps beyond. The beach is just a few yards away and the towns of Antibes and Juan le Pins are just a 10 minute walk away. A car is not really necessary as Cannes, Nice, and Monte Carlo can all be reached by train from stations in Juan le Pins or Antibes. Watched dramatic sun rises in the mornings and passed the evenings on the balcony with a meal and a drink watching the world go by.

Paradise

Just returned from the best holiday in years. The apartment is so bright and spacious for 2, the beach a stones throw and Antibes Old town a lovely walk away in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere, food and wine !

We spent days enjoying the beach and the warm breeze - We meant to visit so many places but the beach was just too enjoyable during the hot days ! We occasionally had our evening meal on the balcony with a large glass of wine whilst watching the activity along the beach and the super sized yachts going in and out of the harbour...just amazing.

Cant wait to go back - perhaps when its cooler, and explore the surrounding villages and towns. The most relaxing holiday ever, thank you Caroline.

Just What We Needed

A twenty five minute taxi ride from Nice airport the studio could not be better located right on the beach at Antibes with a balcony overlooking the sea. The accomodation is spacious clean and very well maintained. The bathroom has just been refurbished to a very high standard with a particularly impressive new shower. The kitchen area is clean modern and very fully equipped. Although a studio the unit is very spacious for two people with no sense of being cramped.

The old town of Antibes is a ten minute walk along the promenade and is full of restaurants cafes and shops where you can sit and watch the world go by. Julie and I spent a week of our honeymoon there and could not reccomend it highly enough.

Couldn't get closer to the Beach - superb

My husband and I have just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely, well equipped Studio Apartment, ideal for us, a couple who love the beach and the view of the sea.

The 'bed in the Cupboard' was great, so comfortable and left you with space if you wanted it. We often left it down as there was still room to move.

The kitchen is well equipped and the lovely large shower was heavenly (not once did we not have hot water).

We will definitely return, the owners were so helpful with all the information they sent and nothing was too much trouble. The management company were on hand if we ever needed anything.

So all in all we had a great time. Thank you, just what the doctor ordered.

We really enjoy the area, it's an easy trip by air, a short transfer from Nice, and there's plenty to do, for all ages. The beach is so close, it's hard not to be tempted to lounge there for most of the day...before a chilled aperitif and a stroll to dinner, or one of the many cafés and bars in Antibes. You really don't need a car, as transfers can be arranged, and all you need is within walking distance

Nice airport is 16km away, but trains go from London / Ashford to Antibes. A car is not essential .

Distances:

Antibes centre is within 5 minutes walk, and Juan-les-pins about 15 minutes. A car is not necessary as all the local amenities are but a short distance away, and there is a shuttle-bus service into the centre of Antibes.

Further Details:

There is a wealth of things to explore in Antibes: the daily market and narrow streets of the Old Town, with its cafés, bars, restaurants and boutiques. Take a stroll around the ramparts, or visit the Picasso museum, or just stop for a coffee and watch the world go by! Juan-les-Pins buzzes in the season, with its Jazz Festival and evening market - there is always somewhere open.

Booking Notes:
Booking forms along with terms and conditions are forwarded by e-mail. A booking is only confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. Full payment is due two months prior to your holiday.
The minimum short break is 4 nights. The rate is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the weekly rental, plus 200€/£150 changeover fee.
Owners Direct make a (small) % charge should you choose to use their online payment system. This will be added to any quote you receive from us.

Changeover Day:
Changeover (usually Saturdays in high season) can be flexible as is the length of stay, particularly out of season, and a pro-rata rate can be quoted for periods other than one week. Please just ask!

The apartment is as close as you could be to the sea, with it's own terrace from which to enjoy the view, relaxing with that glass of wine. Not many residences have their own pool, so this is an added bonus for that quiet swim.

  • Notes on accommodation: Our studio is ideally suited for a couple, but a cot and highchair can be hired. There is allocated underground parking available. Central heating and hot water is included in the rental price for winter lets (Pool open mid-May to Mid-October). Wifi internet connection with UK TV package. Welcome pack included. Outside: There is a lovely terrace, BBQ and dining furniture overlooking the sea, along with pleasant gardens to the rear of the residence with shared pool (Open 15 May - 15 October). Allocated underground parking available, ; there is also free on-road parking near the residence, on a first-come-first served basis. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen, towels and final clean (2h) are included for breaks of a week or more. A second set of bedlinen is provided for 2-week stays.
