Only 1 min to El Campanario which includes a supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops, 10 mins to Corralejo Town, 5 mins to the Baku Water Park and the Beach and 1km to the Sand Dunes. We are a family of 5 adults and 3 children, hence the reason for buying a 4 bedroom villa with private pool and plenty of 'escape' space! We enjoy relaxing, chilling and spending time together at the villa-the BBQ, pool and outdoor space certainly help! The children enjoy the pool, the nearby beaches and we enjoy the sea views, the space, the sun terrace and the freedom that only a villa holiday gives. Al fresco dining on the extended dining terrace is our all time favourite whilst listening to the music from El Campanario and enjoying the views of Los Lobos and Lanzarote. We enjoy holidaying together at Villa Royale and hope that you too can and will make use of our family owned villa. We are a genuine, honest family who value guest satisfaction and we will try our utmost to accommodate.

Location, Location, Location! Villa Royale is one of the few villas on Royal Park Village offering complete and full sea views from two of the bedrooms, the dining terrace, the sun terrace and even the front door!

Standing in a quiet part of the Royal Park Village development with a large front garden, Villa Royale offers privacy, peace and quiet. El Campanario is a new commercial centre only 1 minute walk away which hosts live, traditional Spanish music a couple of times a week as well as a local craft market and is stocked with exclusive shops, artist studios, bistros and a couple of excellent bars.

Villa Royale really is central to all you could need - the shops, beaches, town and the bars, the Baku water park and is a short distance from the harbour and the dunes.

What makes this villa unique

Villa Royale offers a very high standard of accommodation and a first class property management service for those 'just in case of emergencies' occasions. With a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a beer fridge you may not want to venture out further than the BBQ and the pool! If you do, however, everything else is within walking distance. Again, we are a genuine family who want you to holiday at Villa Royale and enjoy every moment. We are not a big business we are just a very hard working, lucky family who own a beautiful villa in Fuerteventura - check out our website for further information and photos.

..the villa was great and exactly as described. Totally modern throughout and functional…The kitchen was modern and well stocked with all utensils..Consequently we cooked in more nights than anticipated…impressed with the thought that had gone into the security aspects of the villa, firstly an easy to use safe and better still a key security box. Fantastic Villa

Absolutley fantastic villa great size for our family holiday of 5 adults & 2 children, the villa had everything we needed with the bonus of a great selection of outside toys for the children. Great location 5-15 minute walk to the beach, waterpark and town centre and a 30 second walk to the El Campinario shopping centre where you can find a large supermarket that kept the fridge stocked well for our 2week holiday. I would definatley recommend the villa to family and friends and I would definatley be booking again for our next trip to Fuertaventura. Thank you Villa Royale for a wonderful holiday.

Just what it says on the title.

Have just got back from a weeks holiday with six friends.

The villa was all we could ask for and more.

It is in prime location , no car necessary and everything you possibly want is to hand.

The villa itself was immaculate and very comfortable with all appliances to make it a easy stay.

The terraces were lovely and made a good catch up place with a glass of cava before going out .

We will hopefully return . You will not be disappointed.

Great winter break, fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay in January in Villa Royale. The price was so reasonable as to make it affordable for four people, even though there was room for eight or nine. The villa is perfectly located in Corralejo - a gentle ten minutes stroll to the beach, two minutes to the biggest supermarket and commercial centre, and only ten minutes from the main 'strip', but far enough away to be thoroughly peaceful.

The listing above is perfectly accurate, although there's much more room than some of the photos imply. The house is fully equipped, spotlessly clean (including the pool), and we found nothing to complain about.

The owners (Ann and Clem) communicated quickly and honestly from the outset, as did Lynne who helps maintain in Corralejo itself. Corralejo itself is a cut above all other Canarian resorts - it is free from groups of drunks or yobs, is multicultural, clean, civilised and caters for all. There are numerous cocktail bars, English/Irish bars (if that's your thing), hundreds of restaurants, many of which are authentic Spanish/Mediterranean and offer high quality fare for stunningly reasonable prices. Corralejo hasn't been ruined by tourism in the way that many places in Tenerife, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria have, but if you like touristy places it'll still satisfy.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone to book this villa, and we will almost certainly be repeating our visit next year.

Location

Coast/Beach:

5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Corralejo is at the northern tip of the island and is built around what was originally a small fishing port, several beaches in the immediate area. The ones closest to the town centre are family friendly as they provide a safe environment and they are also close to the facilities that a family may need. A family beach with no naturists. Only a short walk to either the new Baku Water Park or the beach.

Travel:

Fuerteventura has one airport and will cost approx 45 euros taxi transfer each way. There are many transfer services available, further details can be provided on request. Car hire is not essential as Villa Royale is situated near the centre of Corralejo with a short walk to all amenities. A car is only recommended if you wish to explore the island, however, there is a good local bus service to all towns on the island. A ferry service operates from Corralejo to Lanzarote several times a day.

Distances:

Villa Royale is situated less than a mile from the beach, less than 1 min walk to the local commercial centre 'El Campanario' which has a supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops and only seconds to the Botanical Gardens. The villa is a short 10 min walk to the nearest town of Corralejo and only 20 mins to the harbour. All amenities are within easy access. For guests who require a taxi there is local taxi rank a few metres/yards away who are happy to collect from Villa Royale door on request.

Further Details:

Boasting year round sunshine and ideal temperatures for year round beach holidays Corralejo has become a mecca for sun lovers and water sport enthusiasts. Some of the best surfing and kite surfing can be found on the island. Being the oldest volcanic island on the Canaries Fuerteventura ranges from high rolling mountains to high rocky peaks found in the far south. Some interesting villages are to be explored as well as living museums and a trip down a Lava Tube is a must for any tourist. There are some fantastic local restaurants offering both Canarian and international cuisine in Corralejo. With temperatures very rarely falling below 70 degrees and crystal clear water with very clean beaches,it is an ideal destination for families, surfers, walkers, food lovers and sun lovers. Approx 1km from Villa Royale are the famous white sand dunes that stretch over 7km along the coast. Here you can find places of peace and privacy or areas of windsurfing, kite-surfing and other water sports.
