Our stunning apartment on the Marina d'Or II complex is a tranquil residential complex situated only 5 minutes walk from the famous Marina, local shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. The 2 bedroom apartment is furnished to high standards and has its own private gated garden which fronts one of the nine stunning fresh water freeform swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens and water fountains. The apartment comes with its own car-parking space within security gates.

Notes on accommodation: This is a family friendly apartment and is ideally suited for families and couples alike, there are a variety of board games, dvd's and cd's for young and old to watch and listen to, books and a selection of toys for the children to play with. We have tried to make this the perfect "home-from-home" environment enabling you to enjoy and relax. The apartment has this winter had newly installed air-conditioning and heating so is ideally suited for any season. Mallorca has so much to offer, therefore making this an ideal base. Within 5 minutes walk are the resort amenities including the shops, bars, restaurants, children's discos, trampoline park, 2 sandy coved beaches and the famous Marina of Cala d'Or which is surrounded by restaurants, bars and internet cafes. There is a pharmacy sited within 5 minutes walk and 24 hour doctor and dentist surgeries are also local and both speak good English. An information guide to the area, restauarants, etc.. will be provided upon booking Outside: Private covered terrace leading onto the lawned garden area, there is a 'pull-out' sun canopy for additional shade if required, particularly good with young children. The gated garden leads onto one of the many swimming pools and bathing areas leaving the garden perfectly safe for young children to play in. Utility Room: There is a seperate utility area which has a cool storage area, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bathroom towels are included, the apartment will be serviced prior to your arrival. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are available for hire should you require them. Should you require it a welcome pack can be provided for your arrival. Other: The undercover terrace area is furnished with sunloungers and outdoor furniture that may be taken around the pool area. There is a private lawned garden which has gated access and overlooks one of the many stunning pools on the complex.




Cala d'Or boasts many golden sandy coves, the closest beach is 'D'es Pou beach which is 5 minutes walk.

Cala d'or has some beautiful and very safe beaches with "shelved" access therefore making it safe to play in for children. Most beaches have toilet facilities and cafe's on-site.

The Cala Mondrago beach situated in the beautiful national park is 15 minutes drive from the apartment and is a must.


Cala d'Or is situated on the south east coast of the island and the journey time from the airport is around 40 minutes. Taxi or bus transfer to Cala d'Or is available from the airport.

Car hire whilst not essential is recommended to see more of the beautiful island, this can be arranged at the airport or in the resort, although prior booking is recommended.

Public transport is easy to use and small train runs between Cala Egos & Cala d'Or, which is a fun, cheap novel way of getting about.


Palma is approx 40 minutes drive from the apartment and is the cultural heart of the island.

There are many weekly markets but Felanix is a must for all bargain hunters and is approx. 20 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, banks, internet cafes are all sited within 5 minutes walk. Childrens discos and karaoke bars are all within easy walking of the apartment.

There is a trampoline park with children's playground across the road from the complex. Tennis courts, sports centre with indoor pool, indoor bowling alley, internet cafes, car and bike hire are all available nearby.

Booking Notes:
Booking can be done by telephone or email. 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the full balance to be made 8 weeks prior to the date of departure.

There is a refundable £100 deposit required before travel against minor breakages and damage, and a refundable £20 key deposit which will be returned upon receipt of the property keys at the end of your stay.

Changeover Day:
There is no preference for changeover day and we are flexible to accommodate flights - if the apartment is available it can be booked!

Entry to the property is normally from 3pm on the day of arrival and the departure time is 10am on the last day.
