Villa in Isla Blanca, Sant Miguel, Ibiza, Balearic Islands - Ideal for 7 adults / 4 adults and up to 5 kids

Spectacularly located over 1000ft above the sea, on the rugged, wooded north west coast of Ibiza, Casa Anna has arguably the best views on the island, similar to those of the famous 5 star Hacienda Hotel a few kilometres away along the coast. Its elevated, hilltop location means that even the hottest days are cooled by a sea breeze. A modern villa on an exclusive development, Casa Anna has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a modern well-equipped kitchen. The villa has terracotta tiles throughout and is comfortably furnished in a simple modern style. Chill out by the infinity edge pool or explore the small uncrowded coves and beaches that are within easy reach. Cala Benirras, one of The Guardian's top ten beaches in the Balearics, is only a 15 minute drive and the nightlife of Ibiza town is only a 25 minutes drive away. Or try a winter or spring break - the house has central heating, a log fire and lovely rural and coastal walks.

About Annabel Stacey

David and I live in England, near the Welsh border. We love coming to Ibiza, as do our two grown-up children and their friends: swimming in the pool and the sea; taking a pedalo out to the rock at Benirras beach; climbing up the rock and jumping off - (not me!); eating in all the fantastic restaurants on the island.

My husband's father, who was a C of E vicar, bought Casa Anna over 30 years ago when he fell in love with Ibiza - and the view from the house! His family have been spending their summer holiday here ever since.

What makes this villa unique

The house is perfect for family holidays. The children can jump in and out of the pool all day while the adults can relax in the peace of the beautiful countryside, enjoying the sun and the sea view. There are fantastic beaches like Benirras a short drive away, and hidden coves below the house if you want a more deserted scene. Just down the road is Can Suleyetas, one of the most atmospheric local restaurant/bars on the island.

There is a wooden cot with mattress, please bring your own cot linen. Please let us know in advance if you need the cot.

Perfect getaway..peace&quiet with spectacular views

Just returned from a week at Casa Anna and we’ve had a fantastic time!! The villa is surrounded by stunning views, it is lovely and quiet and has everything you need!! A car is essential as the nearest shop is 5-10 minute drive and bar 20 minutes walk..but you can reach plenty of beautiful beaches, shops & restaurants in under 30 minutes!! Great communication from the host..thank you!!

Great property in a lovely location

We stayed here for a few nights in late March. The property is really well equipped and very comfortable, whilst the view out to sea is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend.

Stunning location

The view really "sells" the villa. It has to be one of the best settings on the island! Stunning infinity pool and we spent long evenings enjoying the terrace watching the sun go down. Sun throughout the day but a constant gentle breeze makes it a pleasure to just laze around the pool and villa. The villa itself is simply decorated but well appointed with everything we needed and lots of essentials - condiments, pasta, rice, tea, coffee etc. It is looking a little tired in places however, particularly the bathrooms. Spotlessly clean when we arrived but unfortunately the highchair when found was covered in thick mould and couldn't be used (?put away damp).

The road to the villa is badly potholed (don't bring a sports car!) but we found it easily navigable if you take your time.

Port Balansat restaurant in Saint Miguel and Macau in Santa Gertrudis were excellent and well worth a visit.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the nice things you say about the house and view and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Very sorry about the mouldy baby chair - that has never happened before and, as you say, must have been put away damp. It's due for renewal at the end of this season and I will make sure that our cleaner checks it each week from now on. Similarly the bathrooms in particular are scheduled for a face lift this winter so the house will be looking refreshed for the start of next season.

Great villa with beautiful views

We stayed here in April with our 2 kids aged 7 & 5. The villa itself had everything we needed and was a great size. The view was the main reason I chose the villa and I wasn't disappointed.

This is the first time we have been to Ibiza but definitely wont be the last we thought the whole island was beautiful.

It was easy to deal with the owner and we were given plenty of information. We also had a visit from the contact in Ibiza for the villa and she was also lovely.

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday and want amazing views and sunset this is the perfect villa.

Even better than you imagine

Best sunset on the Island in June, great pool, lots of shade and sun, nice kitchen. Perfect veranda for morning coffee.

25 minutes from Ibiza town, the villa is about 8 minutes drive from Sant Miguel, and 15 minutes from Santa Gertrudis.

Further Details:

Sant Miguel has two small supermarkets, one with an excellent butcher. 1.5km away is Las Suleyetas restaurant and bar which is a popular meeting place for locals and holiday makers.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking. In the event of cancellation this deposit will only be refunded if another letting at the full rate can be secured. A damage deposit of £250 is payable in advance, to be returned after departure. The damage deposit and balance of the rent should be paid 28 days before the start of the booking.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is usually Saturdays but this can be flexible outside high season. Guests may arrive after 3pm except by agreement. Guests must leave by 11am on departure day except by agreement.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
