El Sultan, the perfect holiday location. Townhouse on deluxe private gated community complex with 4 swimming pools, and beautiful gardens. This house is approximately 10 years old, very well maintained. It is a bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in a stunning Arabic inspired complex. Centrally located to shops, bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, sand dunes and town centre with all activities and night life. 5 mins walk to Baku Water Park, crazy golf, ( playground directly behind the house, with running track and skate boarding arena), shops, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking, with a selection of all just across the road from the house. Botanical Gardens also at rear of House.

The Grounds are safe a secure, with enclosed small front patio to house and large sun terraces on first floor level and roof level with stunning views across to the islands. The First floor terrace is just beautiful for relaxing at night with beautiful views over the gardens and pools, all lit up at night.

We had a wonderful holiday, the house was perfect for our requirements, everything within walking distance. Miriam was wonderful when it came to accommodating us, with a welcome pack when we arrived, as our flight was a late one. An information folder and the latest local news paper (in English) were provided, which helped us know what was happening and where. Their House Keepers were there to meet & greet us. Highly recommended.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week in Miriam's house in Corralejo.

We were met by Jim the housekeeper, despite a late arrival and he was very helpful. The house was very well kept and met our needs with plenty of space and a great pool for the kids. It was nice to be a bit out of town but still within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

We loved corralejo and the surrounding area and there was plenty to do and yet lots of time to relax.

Miriam was available through email and responded quickly to any queries and was very flexible and helpful as we had a late flight leaving the island.

I can recommend it highly enough.

Excellent accomodation

We were here feb for a week the house is spotless as is complex 10min walk to shopping centre with bars/cafes & supermarket ideal location in our opinion as not in main area set back a little and quieter. Ideal for families there were four adults and two children in our party and house has ample room with enclosed sun terraces. Also in an ideal location in complex if you have children as you can see pool from house. Would definately recommend and contact with owner from booking to returning deposit was faultless.

EXCELLENT, WELL LOCATED WITHIN EASY FLAT WALKING DISTANCE TO SHOPS , BARS ETC. PROPERTY IS LOCATED FIVE METRES FROM CHILDREN'S POOL WHICH CAN BE VIEWED FROM THE FRONT PORCH . ALL FURNISHINGS ARE GOOD QUALITY AND VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY AND ROOF TERRACE ARE GREAT. PROPERTY'S ARE PRIVATELY OWNED WITH OWNERS VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING WITH LOCAL INFO. WELL WORTH A STAY WILL RETURN.

5 mins walk to Baku Water Park, Animal Experience Park, crazy golf and playground,10 pin bowling, boweling green in town, skate boarding arena and childrens play ground at rear of house, running and cycle tracts throughout the island. Weekly markets in the local Campanario, shopping centre at end of road, night time entertainment in town or in the courtyard of the local shopping centre.

Fantastic water sports, surfing and kiting within 15 mins walk. New golf course 5 mins by car from house. New Children's Playground and Botanic Gardens behind the house. Shopping Mall 5mins from the house.

Coast/Beach:

10 mins walk to the nearest town beaches and 10-15 mins walk to the fabulous Dunas beaches. ( Flag Beach- Surfing, wind kiting, swimming etc.,)

Travel:

30 minutes from Puerto de Rosario airport by Road. Taxi and Buses also available from Airport- Bus stop in Corralejo 400m from house approx. Exact Directions from Airport to House by road provided to guests. Alternative travel options are buses or Taxis.

Distances:

10 mins walk to main street.

30 mins by car/bus to capital - Puerto de Rosario & Airport.

Corralejo is at the north of the island and it takes approximately 1.5 hours to travel to the south of the island.

Booking Notes:
Booking Deposit is 50% of total rental cost or £200.00 whichever is the greater amount. An additional £200 refundable security/ breakage deposit is also required with the final balance of rent, which is refundable within the week of departure date, once all is in order.
Final Rental installment due 10 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible: Please discuss your requirements and every consideration will be given where possible. If you have a late flight departure on your final day, we can arrange for holding your luggage until it is required, please discuss.

Notes on prices:
Prices for the property are per week in British Pound but may also be paid in Euro amounts. €250/ £200 or 50% of total rental cost is due as a booking deposit, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 10 weeks prior to visit. A €250 or £200 Refundable Security/Breakage deposit also payable with final installment of rental. This shall be refunded in full once the house has been left in good condition. The Owner will outline the booking process and make it as simple as possible the whole time.

Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, 3 clothes lines in rear enclosed terrace and small discrete extendable close line on 1st floor terrace, sun loungers and patio furniture on rear and 1st floor terraces.
