Casa Bonita is situated on the prestigious Nuevo Portil Golf Course, within a private gated development of extremely high quality homes.The Casa is one of the few houses on Hole 14 that is not overlooked,with the Pools directly to the front and the golf fairway to the rear.This area has some of the best golf courses in Spain and over 120km of gorgeous sandy beaches, in the heart of a National Park. The property has the use of a huge pool and a small toddlers’ pool, which are manned by a lifeguard for your safety. There is a small local supermarket, various restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance. El Rompido is a 5 minute drive and enjoys 3 main fish restaurants situated on the beach.Faro airport 90 km Seville & Jerez 110km.This is the unspoilt area of 'Real Spain'

Un appartement dégeulasse, sale et humide & A dirty and wet apartment

Nous avons juste apprécié l'accueil. L'appartement était dégoûtant. Cheveux et poils partout dans les salles de bains. La vaiselle et les poêles usagés et sales ne sont pas nettoyés. 3 balcons pas de soleil toute la journée. La cour est toujours arrosée d'eau. De la poussière partout sur les meubles. C'est une honte de louer un appartement de la sorte. Nous voyagons toute l'année c'est la première fois que nous avons un appartement aussi sale et dégeulasse. Triste souvernir à oublier très vite. We just enjoyed the welcome. The apartment was disgusting. Hair and hair everywhere in the bathrooms. Used and dirty dishes and stoves are not cleaned. 3 balconies no sun all day. The courtyard is always sprinkled with water. Dust everywhere on the furniture. It's a shame to rent an apartment of this kind. We travel all year round this is the first time we have an apartment so dirty and disheveled. Sad to forget to forget very quickly.

Owner's Response: This is just unfair. Three Builders give me 2 hours notice to stay in mid winter for a week,desperate for somewhere to stay. The Casa has been empty for three months. My agents rush over,change all the bedding,leave fresh towels,supply and switch on all the heaters and leave a contact number in case the guests have any problems,and as they did not contact them during their stay, assumed that there weren't any. Seven weeks after their stay a person who didn't even make the booking is able to complain about dust,hair,dirty plates and the Weather ! We also travel all Year round and are very proud of the condition in which 'Casa Bonita' is kept in. We encourage any comments,good or bad,because everything can be remedied as long as we are told. Its a shame that a third party is able to leave such ungracious feedback.
