Our well appointed 3 bedroom villa truly offers a home from home experience with added luxury. Our covered pool deck backs on to the 10th fairway offering unrivalled views of the golf course and affording a fantastic, peaceful holiday location in a spacious modern well kept property. The house has wifi and cable TV in every room. The property is ideally located away from the busy 192 Highway but close to all the attractions which are only 15 minutes away by car.

As can be seen by our guest reviews we know our guests work hard for their holidays in Florida and their experience has to be a fantastic one for us. Our home does offer a 5 star location for the holiday "of a lifetime" and all feedback we receive is reviewed and acted on for an enhanced overall experience. Feedback really does matter....

About Susan ODonnell

We are a scottish family who have owned the property for 10 years. When looking for a villa to buy we had a long list - on a golf course, property not overlooked, simple yet large open plan area, large bedrooms and peaceful location. We did not think we would find a home but did - 1031 Troon Circle.

We have spent time on each of our visits making the villa ours - you will find it very modern and contemporary with lots of candles and simple iron wall art. (not to mention family paintings from our young son).

We have been very fortunate in many of our guests have repeated their bookings on more than one occasion and on this basis, we feel really happy that our villa meets many high expectations for the much needed family

vacation.

We reinvest in our home every year making sure the furnishings are modern, the decor is up to date, clean and of a high standard.....

We respond to all feedback in our aim to keep our home fresh and very much in tune with guests changing needs. Your comfort, safety and enjoyment are hugely important to us as is the need to make sure you can relax in the vacation capital of the world!

Why Susan ODonnell chose Highlands Reserve

We bought the villa 10 years ago and the real attraction for this estate was the fact it is a great mix of people who live their permanently and holiday homes and has a fantastic golf course on site. The mix is great and we are fortunate to have the golf professional a few doors down as well as a Sherriff!

Highlands Reserve is about 15mins from Disney and around 25 mins from Universal on the right side of town! The trip to either can be made without any contact with the 192 and makes for a pleasant and simple journey.

Heading south, Clearwater is about 75 mins away again on a direct routing to I4.

What makes this bungalow unique

Peaceful area away from the rush, golf, near to all the tourist attractions which are close to hand. Some great little secrets like Revolution Lake!

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The property is fully air conditioned and being on one level is ideal for children and offers full disabled access. Outside: Our pool is large (approximately 12m in length) and is 3 feet to 5 feet deep. The pool deck also has a lanai offering cool air and shelter from the Florida sun. Highland Reserve also has a community pool (25m) and tennis courts as well as childrens play area - all located around 100m from the front door. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. Other: Our pool deck offers peace and tranquillity with uninterrupted views of the golf course. Constant sun with our covered lanai providing that much needed shade!

Nice villa in a great location!

We (family of 4) stayed here in June/July 2017 for three weeks and have to say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is in a great location in Higlands Reserve (our 2nd stay in that area), which is a nice driving distance from the parks, and with numerous restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach (Publix within walking distance). The drive to and from the parks along the 192 and Highway 27 gave us numerous options to eat outside the parks (highly recommended). The location suited us perfectly. The villa itself is very comfortable, clean and in great condition, providing us with everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to get home from the parks and have space to relax in peace and quiet. We particularly liked the outlook from the pool i.e. through the trees to the golf course. Susan, the owner, was also very helpful throughout the booking process etc. We’d certainly recommend!

Felt like home!!! We want to go back!

I should first mention the ease of booking the house, it was so simple with no added fees, everything was straightforward. After booking another house through homeaway our card was compromised and we had to cancel that reservation, Mrs. Sue saved our vacation!!! We loved the house, it was clean and comfortable for our family of 6! This house has literally everything you need. Incliding floats for the pool. We also made good use of the canopied stroller. It was awesome to have at the parks mid day when the sun was out. My only complaint is the bed in the master is about ready to be replaced, it's a little firm, but we were so tired from theme parking it didn't matter. I was a little worried about the houses being so close together, but it was so quite. When we did see our neighbors everyone was so friendly! It's right off a major highway so it only took a few minutes to get everywhere we needed. And there are tons of options for dining. Thanks Mrs. Sue, we'll definitely be back!!!

A welcoming desirable property.

This is not like a rental property it is like a home from home. Very well appointed and well designed and furnished to a high standard. Easy walking distance to the golf club and a short drive to the attractions. I would strongly recommend this property a d we shall be back.

Brilliant location and an amazing villa full of lots of lovely modern and homely touches. Loved the prints ie Edinburgh and family photos and let’s not forget the amazing pool. Fantastically clean and Management Company a pleasure to deal with. Close enough to attractions yet a mile away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of local wildlife walking past the pool deck...🤣?

Great Villa

Villa is ideally situated on Highlands Reserve Golf Course within easy walking distance to Publix, Applebees and other local amenities. The villas location is quiet and peaceful, and we found the villa to be very clean and well equipped.

The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries, I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and hope to visit again soon.

Great home, great location.

Had a great time. Villa was spotless and is ideal for a small family. We all enjoyed the pool, especially our granddaughter. It was nice being able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Special interest holidays:

Having played many courses in and around Orlando Highland Reserve rates high on my list because of the interesting layout, trees, no water hazards and hilly terrain. This cost effective course is friendly and accessible.

Highland Reserve is a great location for running/jogging with the golf course not off bounds out with peak periods. This together with the quiet streets and large sidewalks and trails allow for very pleasant running conditions.

Distances:

Highlands Reserve is around 30 mins from Orlando. International Airport, 50 mins from Sandford and a mere 15 mins from Disney World.
