This 3-bedroom Villa is situated in the beautiful area of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca making it ideal for beach holidays or golfing breaks.

Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area comprising of mainly luxurious villas, to which there is only 1 road entrance therefore it is a safe and quiet setting.

Good sized villa with private rooftop solarium, front garden and off road parking, situated a few steps away from the communal swimming pool (overlooking the Mediterranean Sea).

You are within walking distance to the beach, shops, banks, bars and restaurants.

There are many excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

The cosmopolitan harbour town of Torrevieja is just 10kms away with its boutique shops, street market, fine restaurants, water park, fun fair, submarine ride. Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura animal park are 60 minutes drive where the kids will be entertained for hours.

Thank you for such a wonderful break; I am sure that as soon as my shift pattern for next year is published I will be in contact with you again as we loved the location and the resort and had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. R. Jeffrey - July 2013.

The whole booking process was trouble free. The villa was perfect for our family and the kids spent most of their time in the swimming pool whilst grandad rested in the bars. We will be back again at the same time next year.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is in a clean and secure, gated resort. Access is by key which are provided to guests upon arrival. The resort and the surrounding area is suitable for families and groups alike. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are installed in every room plus free standing fans are provided for the hottest summer days. Heaters are also provided for the cooler winter months. The villa is within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants, but you will not be disturbed inside the resort. It is very quiet during the day and at night. The property has tiled floors throughout. It is a non-smoking house, although smoking is allowed on the outside terraces. Accommodation is perfectly suitable for children of all ages. The apartment, although close to many amenities, is quiet and peaceful. Outside: The communal swimming pool and garden overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and is for the use of residents and guests only. It is located at the end of the street (approx 30 seconds walk). A key is provided to guests and residents so that the pool does not become overcrowded due to gatecrashers. The front patio area is great for barbecues, eating, drinking and catnapping and is also large enough for off-road parking for a small car. Patio equipment includes table, chairs and parasol. The roof top solarium is also another alternative for a quiet hideaway from the bars and beaches. Utility Room: The back yard has a shower, sink and washing line for alfresco washing! Also ideal for cleaning off sandy bodies or the kids buckets and spades. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Included in our price is a full professional clean which will be done before your arrival. Please note that many renters hide this cleaning charge and request you to pay upon arrival. All bed linen and towels (apart from beach towels) are provided. Other: The private roof top balcony is ideal for relaxing, eating, drinking and chatting during the warm evenings. There is additional storage space underneath the stairs.

just back from 10 night family holiday

The house location was fantastic right across rd fom lots of bars and restaurants. Yet far enough that there was no noise at night. The pool connected to the house could not be faulted with the most pleasant life guards and beautiful sea breeze.

It was disappointing that the house although had a roof terrace there was no furniture to make good use of this and the table and chairs at front were al though plastic which I have no issue with were old and well used. The kitchen in the house also could do with some of the utensils replaced however towels and hot water were in abundance.

Ideal place to unwind

Love Cabo Roig ... And this house is just a two minute walk from the main strip, and a ten minute walk to a gorgeous safe sandy beach ..

House is well equipped, with A/C. Very clean, and well looked after ..... Plenty of draw space and wardrobes in each of the three bedrooms... The pool area... You couldn't ask for better, overlooking the sea ...

And a lovely cool breeze ... Second time I've stayed at property ... And would definitely recommend it.... Without a doubt will stay here again in the future ...

Fabulous Holiday

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment last August 2014 and I can honestly say it one of our favourite holidays. We stayed with my parents and our 2 children. The apartment is large and spacious and very well equipped with everything you would possible need for your stay, and it is extremely local to shops, bars, supermarkets, beaches and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was Puccini's with a short walk from the apartment. The beaches in this area are fantastic too and this apartment had everything you need for the beach such as a cool box, parasols, chairs etc. The pool was amazing and a massive hit with the kids. I would highly recommend this apartment as it was beautiful and we hope to return one day real soon.

Our stay in Cabo Roig

Location of this property was perfect for all the nearby facilities , all the bars and restaurants were within 5 minute walk , the nearest beach was 10-15mins walk .

The property was well maintained , clean and well stocked with all the things you would need , having the on site pool was great with some cracking sea views .

Could'nt fault any of the restaurants we tried , there was something for everyone.

I would recommend this property to anyone .

Fantastic well appointed villa with beautiful pool

A fantastic villa with everything you could need. The photos don't do it justice, the living room has reclining "lazy boy" chairs and a huge TV with all the UK channels, and the main bedroom has a king size bed. The rooftop terrace is a suntrap from 8am through to the early afternoon as is the front garden, and the pool area gets the sun from when it rises to when it sets. There are great sandy beaches within a 10 minute walk, and fantastic restaurants and bars in every direction. Unless you want to go off exploring you really don't need a car, everything you want is on your doorstep, even a large supermarket a short walk away. If you are looking for a rural Spanish location then this isn't it, but nor is it Benidorm! There is plenty of nightlife and food and music on the main strip, but walk back to the complex and shut the gates behind you and you are in a quiet relaxed environment again. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely Holiday

Thank you for such a lovely lovely holiday. We are a family of six with four children ranging from 14 to 5. We loved the whole two weeks and didn't want to leave. The villa was immaculate and maintained to a high standard in an exclusive gated complex just minutes away from the beaches (which we went to four which had jet skiing, pedalos, bars etc). There were also bars (ie Bar Med), restaurants (Puccini and Poco Loco) and shops within minutes of the villa. There was a market on a Thursday just literally outside the back gates. The pool was attended every day by a lifeguard and was kept immaculate. The inside was immaculate with everything you could ask for eg DVD, TV, freeview TV, washing machine, air conditioning, cooking utensils even down to ice blocks, chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. The people who we met were absolutely lovely and any queries we had we just asked Jan and Norman and they were very very helpful and dealt with them straight away. Overall a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much will hopefully be back next year.

Special interest holidays:

There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving, paragliding, banana boat rides, jet skis, and sea fishing. Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, and sauna, bars and restaurant.

Buses are available regularly during the day to Torrevieja, which is a lively town with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants. There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks.


Our villa is next to the Cabo Roig seafront and within easy walking distance to a number of beaches. The closest beach is 2 minutes walk with 10 others within approx 10 minutes drive, including European Blue Flag Award for cleanliness and safety. The busier beaches have beach huts where you can buy alcohol, food and kids beach equipment. You can also pamper yourself by having a massage on the beach from about 20 Euros. There is a choice of watersports available.


Alicante airport is 50kms (31 miles) approx 40 minutes driving. Murcia airport is 15kms (9 miles). 15 minutes driving. We can provide airport pick-up and drop off:- Alicante 50 Euros per car, Murcia, 25 Euros per car. Car hire is not necessary unless you have so many items to take to the beach or want to try out the other beaches or explore other areas. Taxis rank and bus stops are within 1 minute walk, although the bus timings can be difficult to predict - no change from the UK eh?


Torrevieja town centre - 11kms (7 miles). 10-12 minutes driving. Has a waterpark, resident fun fair, large marina, parades, many shops, street market.

Alicante city 40 minutes drive

Benidorm city 60 minutes drive (Terra Mitica, Aqualandia)

Murcia city 60 minutes drive

Elche city 35 minutes drive

Cartegena 60 minutes drive

Further Details:

Watersports, nightlife, golf courses, horse riding, go karting, hot air ballooning, waterpark, fun fair, shops, bars and restaurants are all available locally or within a short drive.

The Cabo Roig 'strip' is famous for its selection of bars and restaurants. Families with children are welcome in most of them and some have a childrens play area where parents can watch whilst eating/drinking. Ahh, bliss!

Apart from the local shops, there are a number of large international hypermarkets within 5 minutes drive.

There are banks, cash tills, internet cafes and 24-hour shops within 2 minutes walk.

The health centre is 1 minute walk.

The area is superb for those who just like to relax and want to walk to the beaches, bars, restaurants, marinas, banks and local shops, including British supermarkets. There are numerous large supermarkets for larger food shops within driving distance.

If you don't mind driving, there are many coastal villages from Alicante to La Manga that are worth visiting, as are the Cities of Cartegena and Murcia.

For families, a visit to the local water park (Aquapolis) is a great day out as is a 75 minute drive to Benidorm for Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura.

A local company - Coachtrips SL - offers many daily trips and 2/3 night coach trips at very competitive prices. So if you don't want to drive but like to get out and about during your holiday, this company can assist.

For families with young children, a local company hires cots, stair gates, high chairs, car seats etc.

For market lovers, there are markets to visit every day of the week but Playa Flamenca (Saturdays) and San Pedro (Mondays) are highly recommended.

For golfers, there are 5 golf courses within 10-25 minutes drive.

For Salsa dancers, Cabo Roig has its own Salsa bar owned and run by a native Spaniard, which offers lessons and dancing into the early hours.
