Fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Paradise Court. This is recognised as being one of the smaller better run complexes in the area. The Aqua Park is less than 5 minute walk away offering excellent water activities for all the family together with a daily dolphin shows. Well positioned for excellent beaches and markets. San Eugenio shopping centre close by, with more shops in Torviscas/Fanabe. Siam Park is also nearby.

This apartment was everything we were told on holiday rentals. Excellent 2 bed apartment in a very well run complex. The staff were very helpful and the owners were very efficient to deal with. The location is quite but its only a short drive in a Taxi to lots of shops, Restaurants, beach etc.

Superb stay, will be back!

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The view takes your breath away. The hub of the complex is the lovely pool with its pool bar serving gorgeous cocktails and light meals/snacks. The staff are friendly and helpful. No fuss, no stress just simple, relaxing surroundings. A walk downhill into town and a taxi recommended back up but taxis are cheap and we did not struggle to get one. 10 mins by taxi to Playa Las Americas if you want to venture further. The owner could not be more helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be booking again.

very nicely furnished large apartment with beautiful views.

As with most complexes in this area you have to accept hills and/or steps. This one has a few down to the local bars, restaurant's and shops but isn't too bad and the taxis are cheap enough if you don't fancy the walk back. The apartment is close to the pool and there is a very good pool bar serving good snacks and drinks at very good prices. The apartment has all the services and all in good working condition, hot water system, showers etc are very good. If you need the owner she is readily available and sort's out any problems you may have immediately. We have travelled in October and we had some really hot weather and found the bedrooms warm but not uncomfortable, whether or not air - con would be needed at peak times may be questionable. On the whole a highly enjoyable relaxing experience. Graham Smith. Batley

Excellent property - spacious and well maintained

As above too. Property is well maintained and had good sized accommodation with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a good sized balcony.

Enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed the attention to detail with travel instructions and using the facilities in the apartment. Nice to have little extras that an owners property would have to make this more than just a holiday apartment - hairdryer, CD, good TV with lots of channels etc.

The general area and complex is well maintained and a short distance from the aquapark etc and although a busy resort area generally, was quiet enough where we were too, even the first week of the school holidays, for a couple staying, so you can have the best of both worlds, whatever suits you.

We enjoyed having a car to get out and about also, but this would not stop you having plenty to occupy yourself too.

Weather was great!

Nice and spacious apartment

First of all we I would like to mention the kindness of the owner - Teresa. She is very fast and accurate in answering, so the booking went fast and with no complications. The apartment and the surroundings are better in person than are in picture. Apartment is nice, clean and spacious. But the best of all is terrace. It is spacious and nice. I would like to recommend the apartment to all who want to spend their holidays on lovely location and in spacious apartment.

Stunning view!

We got this aprtment at last minute, Teresa responded quickly about payment and the details of this stunning apartment, we got the key through the reception and delivered it back there without any problems. The view is breathtaking! We used the double bedroom because there are view from the big window also. It's so sunny that we enjoy evry minute on the big terrece watching sun went down every evening. And It's very quiet so we had good sleep there. It's like a home, I do not need to say more. The pool is heated and salty, we liked that. There are several shopping centres with big supermarkeds nearby, the closest one is just couple of minutes driving. We did not walk from and to the beaches, but I suppose it's steep with some difficulties. We found nice walking area at the upper part oover the residence complex, the view there are even better, next time we will do our walks there. There were few days we had to park our car bit far from the complex, but most of the days we parked just outside the entrence. We got WIFI at the bar when we bought a bottle of water, actully it's rather relaxing not having WIFI on holidays. I forgot my earrings there, Teresa found it and will send them to me, what a hospitality! Thank you Terresa and Donald! If we go back to Tenerife in the future, we will contact you!

Great Time

Great appartment very clean, but would reiterate what has already been stated that it is up a steep slope, but an easy walk into the main area of town. Very good and friendly staff in the reception area, with a good local knowlege of the area.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Puerto Colon boat marina with a safe beach is a 10 - 15 min walk away. There are also numerous other beaches nearby Troviscas, Fanabe and El Dunque if you fancy a leisurely walk.

Siam Park the largest waterpark in Europe is close by. Don't miss!

Travel:

Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) is the nearest airport, approx 15 to 20 min by taxi should cost €20 to €25. Bus routes servicing the island is 10 min walk.

Distances:

There are many restaurants and bars nearby less than 5 mins walk but not close enough to disturb your tranquillity. A short taxi ride away will take you into the hub of nightlife

Further Details:

Tenerife has an abundance of sport, culture and tradition to offer. There is fantastic fishing expeditions or fish just off the rocks, numerous water sports, unlimited golf, not forgetting the easy access to the original authentic towns and villages closeby. You can experience an array of cuisine from tapas to turbot. You can have the exciting experience of visiting the volcanic Mount Teide or travel by easy access to nearby islands from Los Cristianos.
