Julian purchased this apartment in 2007
Lagos is an upmarket town with so much to see and do for everone.
Central location with fabulous view over the lively Marina de Lagos. Within short walk of beach, central shopping area, restaurants, bars and activities.
Our apartment was just as pictured - small, clean, and easy to get to. We ended up staying an additional week so spent three weeks altogether. The location was ideal - near the bus station and stops, just across from the marina and all the restaurants/bars, an easy walk into the Old City, and surrounded by its own comfortable neighborhood of shops and eateries.
The apartment itself was clean but sparse. Very basic kitchen equipment but just fine for doing breakfasts/lunch/ and the occasional dinner. Balcony only received morning sun and the view was fantastic. Despite being on the main drag, it was very quiet and the shutters blocked out all the light so sleeping in was great.
We only spoke with Julian via message/email, but Marcia was very accomodating upon arrival and responded quickly to any other special requests. I would recommend this studio apartment to a single person or couple for any visit to Lagos.
We were really impressed with the studio apartments it had everything we needed ,a good sized sleeping area ,a kitchenette area with plenty of utensils and a nice bathroom with a great shower .But the best part was the beautiful view we woke up to every morning looking across the Lagos Marina as the sun was coming up .The apartments are in a great location not too close to the centre of Lagos town but in walking distance if you want to stroll down and enjoy a lovely portugese meal and a drink or 2 .The apartment was spotless and we were welcomed by the manager who met us to show us round and told us about the area and assured us if we had any problems we just had to call .We would recommend anyone to stay here it was a lovely base to come back to each night after a day out in a smashing holiday spot .We definitely hope to return in the future .
The property was just as described on the site . Also nice and clean. Would say needed air con as fan wasn't really enough. Close to the old town , marina restaurants and bars. Felt like a safe area. All in all very good . We had a great 1st wedding anniversary 😀
