Villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs sharing large bathroom plus a double bedroom on ground floor leading to front patio and pool. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. There is also on the Ground floor a WC. The main kitchen & open plan lounge has comfortable sofa's and leads to front patio and pool. Lounge includes Lazer TV with a range of international and UK channels. The 2 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 double and 1 single with 2 beds, both have sliding doors to extensive roof terrace accessible through both bedrooms and from main stairs. There is also a small rear patio outside the kitchen facing onto an "ecological park". Wireless Broadband available. Air-conditioning in bedrooms and living room. All windows and sliding doors have automatic electric shutters with individual control per room and also one button control at main door. Mains Gas supply to large BBQ at front patio & pool area.

Vale do Lobo Tennis academy with 14 courts, including gym, swimming pool, pro shop, restaurant. Exciting Royal Spa in Vale Do Lobo. Book through VDL Golf centre. Our Villa Management Company in Algarve can organise the following for guests if desired: car hire, book restaurants, catering, horse riding, tennis, golf, various water slide parks, swimming with the dolphins, trips (customised shopping, sightseeing, gastronomic), Trips to Lisbon, Oporto, Coimbra and Spain. Seville can be reached by car in about 2 hours from Faro.

Coast/Beach:

Vale Do Lobo's private beach is at Praca, 25 minute pleasant walk from our Villa or a 5 minute drive. The VDL private Bus is also available to call and FOC will collect you at Villa and drop back (with weekly Visitors Welcome Card from VDL). VDL Bus can be booked through our Villa internal phone to VDL reception. Reception is available 24.7. It's possible to walk the full length of sandy beach from Praca west to Quarteira (45 mins) and east to Quinta Do Lago (45 minutes) and Faro (60 mins +).

Travel:

Faro Airport is 18km (15 mins drive) to and from our Villa. Car Hire or Taxi's are available at Airport and can be organised for guests in advance by our Villa management company. Car Hire is recommended but not necessary for holiday. Free VDL Bus with Welcome Cards (fee payable) and reliable Taxi's available.

Distances:

Faro Airport (and town) an 18km, 15 minutes drive.

Loule Market Town 10km, 15 minute drive.

Almancil 6km, 10 minutes drive.

Villamura 12km, 17 minutes drive.

Waterparks 10km, 15 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Excellent selection of restaurants with various cuisine styles including Michelin* in close proximity and in the general Almancil area. Central Algarve magazine available in the Villa lists restaurant details and contact numbers. Guests can dial VDL reception as in a hotel: to book restaurants, taxis and for general information. Apalonia supermarket in Almancil - 10 mins drive is an excellent food supermarket as is Pingo Doce and our local small Super(market) is less than a 5 minute drive from Villa. Medical Centre with Doctors available in Vale Do Lobo, 5 minute drive. Dentists in Quinta Do Lago Shopping Centre. Less than 10 minute drive. Many ATM's and local banks and PO facilities close by. The shop in Vale Do Lobo golf centre has large selection of daily papers.

25% booking fee (non refundable) required to confirm booking and full balance payment is due 8 weeks before holiday start date. £500 damage deposit required which will be refunded within 14 days providing there was no damage.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days vary from property to property please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season.

Prices are for the property per week in Sterling. We can accept payment in euros as well.

  • Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning with remote controls in all rooms - can be changed in cooler times to heaters. Small A4 safe. Wireless (WiFi) Broadband installed. Automatic electric aluminium shutters. Individual room shutter control in each room and one button control also at main door covering all shutters. Outside: Vale Das Flores is a quiet residential area in Zone 10 which is within Vale Do Lobo. Near Ocean Golf course. Patio area at front of Villa is accessible from lounge. Separate access to patio at front from bedroom 1. BBQ with mains gas supply. This patio and terrace area in front has small private pool (about 7 metres x 4 metres). Quiet cooler patio at back outside kitchen overlooking the Ecological Park. Terrace on first floor is accessible from top of stairs at rear and from both front and back upstairs bedrooms. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service once a week is included in quoted rates, (guests can request more regular cleaning which will be quoted at management company cost). All towels and bedding linen supplied.
