Large, luxury 2 bedroom ground level apartment, recently refurbished to high specification, in a quiet location at Mare Verde, Torviscas. The complex is conveniently situated to the south of the motorway and is in an excellent location for many bars/restaurants providing a variety of entertainment options. Supermarkets are close by and bus stops and taxi ranks are on the road immediately outside. The complex is built on sloping ground with 2 storey apartments in village style with a series of pools linked by streams flowing down the centre. There are ample sunbathing terraces adjacent to the pools. It is an ideal place to relax whatever your age. The apartment can be booked as a one bedroom apartment at a reduced rate if required.

Notes on accommodation: Ideal family location suitable for all ages. Outside: Large patio area overlooking mature gardens giving almost total privacy. Ornamental wrought iron fencing creates additional security. Built in barbeque facility and large patio dining table with 6 chairs. There is also 2 comfortable cane armchairs which are used on the patio. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels (incuding beach towels) are provided at the commencement of each week's holiday. Extra changes throughout the week can be arranged directly with on-site manager at small extra charge. The apartment is cleaned prior to holiday commencement.

Value price also very clean and nice place plus easy acces, no problem at all.

Very easy access go to café or pub close to walk. Good access on the bus to anyway due to close bus stop only few min walk to bus stop from this apartment. Breakfast café open 10 morning very good English Breakfast wow. Walk down to Pastry Café just around the corner open 9 morning. Free bus to Siam Mall Shopping worth to go. Walking down to the Beach only 4 min not to bad also walking to uphill for shopping to take foods back to apartment take 5 min walk really not bad but bit uphill. Worth to stay this apartment. Let you all know that local bus by this apartment going to Las Americas also Los Cristianos in every 5 to 10 min good bus service no problem at all plus go to diff place to go worth it. This Apartment had 2 bedroom very nice also very good kitchen plenty space also good size in lounge area plus big balcony. Good bathroom with washing machine. If you forgot something so cross the road the 24 hour shop in evening. I tell you worth to booking again in the future. Yes I will. Many Thank to owner for worth it.

2 bedroom perfect size for us

This apartment is perfect. It's a great location and was well equipped for our self catering holiday. The apartment was spotless and a good size. The owners were easy to contact and it was straight forward meeting up with Andrew who let us in and gave us a tour. We would highly recommend to stay here, we love Mare Verde complex and the surrounding areas and look forward to returning next year.

Lovely stay just as described

Great location not to busy at night so good for the kids, plenty of restaurants and bars near by and just a short walk to the beach. All the family hoping to go for another trip. We would definatly try to rebook here

Clean, quiet and convenient apartment in a relaxed spot in Fase 1 of the Mareverde complex. Great terrace with comfly lazy chairs for nice long evenings... Anytime again!

Would book again if free, nice clean apartment , very disabled friendly, very close to shops, large shopping centres close by (gran sur & duque centres) buses across from complex go every where, beach 10mins.walk

5-7 minutes walk to Fanabe beach and 10 minutes from the beach at Puerto Colon.

The nearest airport is Reina Sofia situated in the south of the island and is an approximate 15 minute taxi ride. Car hire is available nearby and is useful for touring the island.
