Townhouse in Estepona, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Family Location near all Amenities

The accommodation affords easy access to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Benahavis and Fuengirola. The house is within two minutes walking distance of Santa Marta Beach. You can relax by the pool that has an ideal shallow section for young children, or walk to the local beach where you will find a convenient beach bar! Slightly further a field there are more great beaches like Pepes Beach with Pepes beach restaurant serving great seafood. The house has two bedrooms, both with double bedrooms and generous storage space (one with en-suite bathroom) and a further bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have balconies, the one to the front of the house overlooking a picturesque courtyard and the balcony to the back overlooking the garden and from which you can see and hear the sea. Downstairs, there is a living/dining room (with a double sofa-bed), well-stocked kitchen and cloakroom.

About Mark

This is our family holiday home. We visited the area around ten years ago and found it ideal for people with children to have a relaxing holiday in a safe enviroment where you're not reliant on a car to enjoy good food and atmosphere in the evenings.

Great area for families, lots of things to do. Weather is almost guaranteed to be great and very close to the sea.

What makes this house unique

We have two children who love the area and the pool. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants - so we don't have to drive in evening!

You can walk to the beach - takes 2 minutes. Many other beaches to choose from - most with facilities/ water sports and restaurants/ bars.


Malaga airport is 45 mins drive or you fly into Gibraltar (1 hr) or even Seville (3.5hrs). Car hire recommended - we do not offer a transfer service.


There is so much to do nearby, you could spend a year here and not run out of things to see and do. Towns to visit include Gibraltar, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Marbella old town, Mijas and Fuengirola. There are lots of attractions to see and enjoy, Selwo Park Tivoli World, Fuengirola Zoo, Nerja Caves and three different water parks. There are lots of Andalucian towns like Ronda with its famous gorge and the oldest Bull Ring in Spain, Benahavis, Granada, Seville, Cordoba etc...

Further Details:

There are lots of little supermarkets within walking distance offering a wide variety of food and drinks. In the evening, just a short drive away is Benahavis, with its lovely bars and restaurants although if you prefer walking, there are lots of nearby restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets; The Manadarin Chinese, or for Italian food lovers, ‘Cibo’ or the Steak N Rib Shack for great, well, erm... steak and ribs. There are quite literally dozens of eateries to choose from - all within walking distance.
