Best View in Arenal

We had a brilliant stay in Arenal only enhanced by this brilliant property. The location is fantastic and so relaxing to sit on the patio in the evening sun looking at the view. We are a family of 5 with young children (10, 8 & 4) and the grandparents came out to join us mid way through. Just a short walk to the shops, beach and restaurants and the children loved the pool. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and the apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils if you choose to cook.

We'd highly recommend and have already booked for Summer 2017.

Fantastic location and apartment

What a fantastic place! Martin, the owner, said we wouldn't be disappointed and we weren't! The view is amazing and the sea really is that blue! Looking out from the balcony you would think you were in some remote location, quiet and peaceful, yet just outside the entrance you have whitewashed apartments, villas and two supermarkets selling everything you could need including fresh bread/croissants in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a built in BBQ on the patio. Talking of patio, it is huge, great to have somewhere outside where you can sit in the shade or sit in the sun! The pool was lovely and warm (unheated pools are often cold even in the height of summer) but this one is just like you see in the picture, stunning!

I could not recommend this apartment more highly.

This apartment is very spacious, ideal for a family holiday,you have got everything you need in the kitchen.The out look from the patio is wounderful.We had small children with us so having a pool was a bonus it,s ideal for all ages.most days we walked to the beach which is not to far to get to.we try numerous restaurants.(café bridge, midnight bar,japi bar).we also cooked in the apartment and did a barbecue.The apartment was very clean and maintained at a high standard.This was the second time we have stayed in the apartment and once again we all had a fantastic holiday! I am sure we will book this again,I would definently recommend this apartment to my friends and family!

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. The children (13, 9 and 7) spent alot of time in the pool. The pool is shared but most of the time we had it to ourselves. All shops (very well stocked) and restaurants (La Paella by far the best for food and service) are within walking distance but we did hire a car to go further afield and do some sightseeing. The beach is about 3-5 minutes walk, again very clean and never overcrowded. Make sure you get a snorkel and head on over to the rocks. The water is so clear, the children spent many an hour snorkelling. The waterpark at a nearby hotel was brilliant! We drove because we had the car, but you could walk it. The apartment was a real home from home, everything you could possibly need but in the most fabulous of locations. The view from the balcony is to die for and wonderful to sit on in the evening with a nice glass of wine or a beer! Martin (the owner) is lovely and always easily contactable with any questions and queries. You will not regret booking to stay here - we will have to go some to top it next year!

From the Owner

It is in a fantastic position on the headland with great views. A small complex of 10 apartments and a very large pool. Set in a quiet location but only a short walk to the beach and bars.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Mahon at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 50 Metres Nearest Ferry : Mahon at 15 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Arenal at 400 Metres


There are two beaches in Arenal. The small beach is 3 minutes walk, located at White Sands and the main white sandy beach is 5 minutes walk. All downhill on the way to the beach!


Mahon is the airport in Menorca and capital. The apartment is 12 miles from the airport on the north side of the island. Taxis complete the journey in less than 20 minutes and charged 40 Euro's in 2014. Car hire can be arranged from the airport (booked in advance). It is not essential to have a car unless you want to explore the real Menorca and it's villages.


The apartment is two minutes walk from all facilities including, bars, two supermarkets , restaurants, car hire, cash machine and hotel. The centre of Arenal is a 5 minute walk. There are a dozen places to eat with a variety of choice from Spanish to English. Taxi rank is 5 minutes walk or can be phoned for pick up. Bus stop to Mahon 100 metres.

Great for families. Great views and in a quiet location. Near everthing in Arenal De'n Castell and 15 minutes drive from the only 18 hole golf course on the island. It is a very large apartment with everything you need for a great holiday! Free Wi-Fi for 2017
