The apartment is situated on one of the nicest complexes in Los Cristianos, Victoria Court 1. Refurbished to a high standard and new modern white kitchen fitted. The balcony overlooks the pool and comprises of patio furniture and 2 reclining chairs.It is close to local restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful beaches and handy for all you golf lovers. The local airport is only 15 minutes drive to and from the complex.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The beaches are approx 10 mins walk from the property. There are a number of different beaches with water sports, and boat trips to see Whales and Dolphins. There is also a daily Fred Olsen Ferry to La Gomera. There are plenty of attractions to keep everyone happy, opened in Sept 08 "Siam Park" Europe's greatest water themed park also Loro Park, where you can see Killer Whales(Puerto Del La Cruz),go and see the eagles fly at Las Aguilas Park and there is also The Aqua Park, or even Go Carting.

Travel:

The local airport is Reina Sofia Sur and is only 15 mins drive away at the cost of approx 25/30 euros for a local taxi, which are always to hand outside the airport.

Further Details:

To secure your booking you can either contact us by phone or e-mail, £100 non-refundable deposit is required for bookings of one or two weeks for longer stays a further £50 per week is required. Then the balance is due 12 weeks before departure to the address that will be given to you. If not received the booking will be cancelled. If you wish to receive a receipt of payment by post please enclose a S.A.E, otherwise an e-mail receipt will be sent. Please note the accommodation is to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure and should be ready for occupancy by 3pm on your arrival.

Notes on accommodation: Please note this is a NO SMOKING apartment, although ashtrays are provided for you to smoke outside on the balcony. Outside: The complex has well kept gardens and pool area, sunbeds and parasols are available for a small charge of 1.50 euros per bed,per day. There is also a friendly bar serving drinks, snacks, ice creams and hot and cold meals, they even provide meals to take away so you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own apartment. But don't worry the bar doesn't open too late and there is a security guard that patrols the complex for your safety and to make sure there is no disturbing noise after 11.00pm. The apartment has a large private balcony comprising of patio table and chairs and a parasol for when the sun gets too hot plus two reclining chairs overlooking the communal heated swimming pool (winter months). There is also a clothes airer and pegs provided. Utility Room: There is a small cupboard storing dust pan and brush, mop and bucket & cleaning products. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels will be changed at the end of the first and any subsequent weeks, although there is no maid service for the cleaning of the apartment during your stay, the apartment will be cleaned on your arrival and departure. Other: Wifi is now available on the complex, info will be given when your balance is paid

Great apartment

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one week and we both loved it. The apartment is very spacious and very clean with all you need for a self catering holiday. The complex was really nice too and I loved the pool which was never too busy with plenty of sunbathing spaces too. The apartment was also very handy for shops and bars, just go left or right and within two minutes walk you will hit bars, restaurants and shops. A five minute stroll takes you to the seafront but another ten minutes before hit the nicer bathing spots.

All in all we found the apartment great value for money and would not hesitate to book again. The communication from Jen was spot on too.

Very clean, tidy and quiet apartment.

Stayed at Victoria Court 3 times now, always a different room. This was the best of the 3. It's very quiet with the road on the other side of the block. It had everything in the apartment, from pans plates Iron, safe TV etc, I can't think of anything it didn't have, it even had a beach umbrella which will save you £sss if you're a beach lover.

It's so handy for the supermarket just up the street, plenty of bars and restaurants within 200 metres but still quiet in the room every night.

The owners were great, from the booking right through the holiday as well, very friendly and pleasant every time I contacted them.

I'd book this room again no problem.

Lovely apartment

Just got back from a good holiday in this lovely apartment.

As said in the last review there was no sun on the balcony but this did not bother us as we are not sun worshipers and it was cooler in the apartment.

Would certainly recommend to others .

great, fully equipped apartment

Just back from this very lovely apartment in a really nice complex. Apartment has everything you could possibly need and more! The only downside is that the balcony doesnt get any sun but you dont really need it to as the poolside is just in front and has sun all day! Owners couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. Fully recommend.

Owner's Response: Thank-you for your lovely comments, Yes! unfortunately in the winter months our balcony doesn't get the full sun, a south facing apartment balcony is needed for that. In the summer months though we have brilliant sunshine from 12 - 7pm at night.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally Tuesday/Friday although we can be flexible two fit in with other bookings as we realise flights now go out most days.
