Lovely spacious penthouse apartment in Valencia, 100m from the Marina. Close to the beach, city centre & City of Sciences. Great selection of restaurants and bars. Taxis and regular bus services on the doorstep, nearest metro station is only 300m. Great area to stay and is only a short trip to the old city centre (10 mins). Valencia International Airport is 12km west of the city and costs approximately 25 euros by taxi to the apartment. The metro is available in the terminal straight to the apartment. The apartment is a spacious 125 sq.m, the main living area opening up to a large private terrace with additional lounge and dining area that offers views to the marina.

What a fantastic location / city this is. We spend around 2 months per year, we always love to return. I am sure that your visit, be it any time of year will be enjoyable, as it is for us!

We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. It's a fantastic city and hope to return someday. The apartment really lived up to expectations and was wonderful so comfortable really felt like a home. The was balcony is great and breakfasted out there enfamily as well as having relaxing glass of wine after our son was in bed.

Did more family things than perhaps other city break people as our son is only nearly 3. For families both the zoo is fantastic - my husband does't normally like them even thought it was great. Also the aquiraium is brilliant. The dolphin show was great fun for small kids and big kids alike.

Overall a wonderful holiday and great apartment. My dealings with you from start to finish have been very efficient.

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

100m from Port Americas Cup. 10-15 minutes walk to beach. Buses on the doorstep to the beach and other areas of the city, tram to the beach is only 300m.

Travel:

Valencia airport is roughly 20 minutes away by car/taxi (approx 25 euros). The metro direct from within the airport terminal takes you to the nearest stop, (Francisco Cubbells) 300m from the apartment. You don't need a car to experience Valencia, the transport infrastructure is extensive and very reliable.

The city operates a cycle hire Valenbisi, there is a 20 cycle station opposite the apartment.

Wonderful experience, Beautiful apartment, in splendid location

We have just returned from your lovely penthouse, which I would highly recommend. Exactly like the pictures, with the surrounding area bustling with atmosphere. Mike's information leaves no question unanswered. This is a large apartment with every facility. The terrace is wonderful, doesn't get the sun except early in the morning, which turns out to be a bonus, as it's refreshingly cool to eat out and relax in. I fear if it had the sun all day it would be to hot to enjoy. We stayed for 9 nights in October the temperature was averaging 26 degrees, the air conditioning was so refreshing in all the rooms. The kitchen had everything you need, bedrooms were lovely, bathrooms were excellent. This apartment is set up for every kind of family to enjoy. I pride myself on being a well organised person, but this owner (Mike) excels in this area. Only one thing concerns me, with all these excellent reviews it might never be free for my family to get back a second time. Thank you for a most memorable holiday. Regards from across the sea in Ireland.

Perfect apartment in great location for a beach & city break

This spacious apartment is ideally situated near the port so just a stone's throw from the fantastic beaches and restaurants which line it. This worked brilliantly allowing us to combine a morning sight-seeing in the city with time enjoying the sunshine.

The apartment was very well equipped and furnished and the roomy terrace a real bonus as a place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or a glass of wine.

The apartment is close to metro and just over the road from the Valencia bikes which we used all the time to get around and would highly recommend.

The apartment instructions were spot on and Mike was very helpful with all enquiries. We hope to return.

Great Location, Great Apartment

Loved the apartment, so much character and well equipped for everything you would need for a self-catering break. Beds were really comfy too. Terrace fabulous to sit and enjoy a sunny breakfast (very lucky with the weather at the end of September). We found the apartment's location great. We wanted to enjoy both the beach and venture into town and the apartment was 10 mins walking from the beach and 10 mins to the metro to go into town (straightforward one train no changes). Mike was helpful and prompt in all correspondence. We would have no reservations in recommending this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment

This lovely apartment has all you need for a self catering holiday. Great location, with a nice walk to the beach & plenty of restaurants & bars nearby. It was spotlessly clean, & we would not hesitate to book again.

Great stay !!

Loved this apartment.

The apartment accommodated 5 adults easily with 2 separate shower/toilet rooms.

The beds were comfortable and spacious.

The Kitchen was well equipped ( although we didn't cook) and had an American style fridge freezer which came to good use.

The living room had Now TV with English channels and the Wifi signal was always strong.

The Balcony was a lovely space with the option of shade or sun all day long.

It was so close to the marina area and had plenty of choices of bars, restaurants, take away and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

The beach was was a beautiful 10 minute walk and the bus stop into visit the city was 2-3 minute walk and took 15 minutes to the heart of the city.

We were unsure where to stay in Valencia prior to booking but am happy with the apartment and area that we booked.

Great Apartment

The apartment was easy to find, and a short bus ride into the heart of the city. It was very well equipped, spacious with good outside space.Valencia is a great city break destination.

I contacted Mike the owner a couple of times he was very helpful and his apartment website was a great help, not only about the property but a great guide to Valencia and surrounding area.

Thanks Mike for a great 5 night stay!!
