Lovely spacious penthouse apartment in Valencia, 100m from the Marina. Close to the beach, city centre & City of Sciences. Great selection of restaurants and bars. Taxis and regular bus services on the doorstep, nearest metro station is only 300m. Great area to stay and is only a short trip to the old city centre (10 mins). Valencia International Airport is 12km west of the city and costs approximately 25 euros by taxi to the apartment. The metro is available in the terminal straight to the apartment. The apartment is a spacious 125 sq.m, the main living area opening up to a large private terrace with additional lounge and dining area that offers views to the marina.

What a fantastic location / city this is. We spend around 2 months per year, we always love to return. I am sure that your visit, be it any time of year will be enjoyable, as it is for us!

We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. It's a fantastic city and hope to return someday. The apartment really lived up to expectations and was wonderful so comfortable really felt like a home. The was balcony is great and breakfasted out there enfamily as well as having relaxing glass of wine after our son was in bed.

Did more family things than perhaps other city break people as our son is only nearly 3. For families both the zoo is fantastic - my husband does't normally like them even thought it was great. Also the aquiraium is brilliant. The dolphin show was great fun for small kids and big kids alike.

Overall a wonderful holiday and great apartment. My dealings with you from start to finish have been very efficient.

Great stay !!

Loved this apartment.

The apartment accommodated 5 adults easily with 2 separate shower/toilet rooms.

The beds were comfortable and spacious.

The Kitchen was well equipped ( although we didn't cook) and had an American style fridge freezer which came to good use.

The living room had Now TV with English channels and the Wifi signal was always strong.

The Balcony was a lovely space with the option of shade or sun all day long.

It was so close to the marina area and had plenty of choices of bars, restaurants, take away and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

The beach was was a beautiful 10 minute walk and the bus stop into visit the city was 2-3 minute walk and took 15 minutes to the heart of the city.

We were unsure where to stay in Valencia prior to booking but am happy with the apartment and area that we booked.

Great Apartment

The apartment was easy to find, and a short bus ride into the heart of the city. It was very well equipped, spacious with good outside space.Valencia is a great city break destination.

I contacted Mike the owner a couple of times he was very helpful and his apartment website was a great help, not only about the property but a great guide to Valencia and surrounding area.

Thanks Mike for a great 5 night stay!!

Good apartment

Good location, just 10 minutes walk to beach or to the Arts & Science/Oceanographic etc. Easy walk to the Old Town or bus/tram connections if you prefer.

Apartment was exactly as described & loads of useful information supplied by the owner.

Wow! Fantastic apartment in a lovely city. Everything you could need a real home from home

Great apartment and so easy to get to by metro. Great space and all the extra things you need for a real feel at home holiday. Apartment was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Loved Valencia and every day we spent there was so different. Mike the owner has been so helpful in not only providing a clear all you need to know guide, but also helping with the special requirements we need for our disabled daughter. Hopefully will be booking again soon.

Spacious stylish apartment excellent location

Lovely spacious very well equiped apartment excellent location. Near the port,beach,shops & Cabanyal station. Most of our taxi rides were just €4 or €5. Two very nice bar/restaurants within 5minute walk. The owner was very helpful all throughout the booking process. I would recomend this apartment.

Outstanding apartment in wonderful Valencia

What a fabulous month we had staying at Mike's fabulous apartment! We have rented extensively in Spain over the years and in Valencia over the last two years and we have to say that Mike's apartment was the very best we have stayed in .... by a long way - we really feel we struck gold this summer!

Communications with Mike were exceptional - swift and professional . The 'pre arrival' information was outstanding - precise and detailed. Receiving the keys by post, upon final rental payment, was a first for us ( and we have been renting properties abroad for many many years!) and most efficient. It meant we were not tied to meeting an agent/ owner/ friend of the owner etc on the day of our arrival.

The apartment is most accurately described on the rental site and the photographs all precise. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent and the apartment was pristine upon arrival. The kitchen is fabulous .... an amazing 'American' fridge with ice dispenser and a superb 'range' ( rather than an oven and hob) meant that the kitchen exceeded expectations. There were everyday cleaning products available and a good supply day to day kitchen essentials.

Mike's guest information folder is the best we have ever seen! It is packed with lots of useful ( and up to date ) advise which would be especially useful for a first time visitor to the city.

The apartment is remarkably well situated - close to the beach ( inexpensive daily rates for a sun bed and umbrella!) yet only a short bus journey ( convenient bus stops just outside the apartment) to the city centre - and what an amazing city Valencia is! There are numerous wonderful bars and restaurants within a few metres of the front door - all excellent ! Supermarkets are close by and the incredible indoor market is only a 10 minute walk away. Everyone we met in the apartment block and area were utterly charming and we even managed to park our car ( no parking metres or permit parking) very easily, within in few metres of the apartment, where it remained, unused, for a month - unharmed ( just a little dusty!)

I could go on and on but surely the best recommendation is that we have booked Mike's apartment for a month in 2017!

Valencia airport is roughly 20 minutes away by car/taxi (approx 25 euros). The metro direct from within the airport terminal takes you to the nearest stop, (Francisco Cubbells) 300m from the apartment. You don't need a car to experience Valencia, the transport infrastructure is extensive and very reliable.

The city operates a cycle hire Valenbisi, there is a 20 cycle station opposite the apartment.
