Vall D'Or golf course is only approx 5km away. It is perfect location for relaxing family holiday.

About the Owner

I live in Liverpool with my wife Karen and two young children Max and Faye. We both work and with having to bring up young family, only get the opportunity to holiday at the apartment approx 3 to 4 times a year although other people tend to use it more than us!

We regularly holidayed in Cala D'Or because we just loved the area in particular the fantastic beaches, harbour, restaurants/ bars and the laid back feeling of the area. The apartment is very spacious (approx 100m2 in size) with three balconies in total, two of which are pretty big...just ideal for outdoor living, barbecues etc, drinking sangria etc etc. The lovely beaches of Cala Ferrera and Serena are only a very short walk away with various nice restaurants located nearby. We felt that the property offered the perfect balance we searched for and provides the excellent holiday for our clients!

Activity and Interests


The picturesque and safe beaches/coves of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena are but a short stroll away. You can also visit one of Cala D'Ors many other beaches, which are easily accessable by the local road train which you can catch close by. Boat trips, water activities, bike and car hire can also be found locally. Recommend visit to the wonderful beach to the protected area Cala Mondrago Beach.


Palma airport is less than 50 mins away. Taxi will cost approximately 60-70 euros. A car is not essential but can be useful for exploring the beautiful island. The stunning marina, with its selection of restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops are within walking distance. The town of Cala D’Or is about 5 minutes drive away. There are many villages with weekly markets within a short drive.


The apartment is 15 mins stroll to Cala D'Or centre and chic marina with excellent restaurants/bars. Local towns with markets such as Felantix are easily accessible by car/bus.


Rental rates


  • Booking Notes:
    20% deposit is payable on booking to confirm reservation, with the balance due 6 weeks before the holiday commences. Payment by internet banking transfer or cheque.
    A £100 refundable security deposit is also required against damages/breakages, returnable after inspection of the apartment.

    Changeover Day:
    We are as flexible as possible and try to ensure we meet everyone's needs. On arrival day you cannot access the apartment until after midday. On departure day you must vacate the apartment before midday. In the out of season months we try to be flexible.
