A luxury 5 bedroom villa with its own pool and fantastic views. The villa is located in a small urbanisation in an elevated position above Nerja, looking out to sea. The size of the villa offers scope for large groups or several families. It is detached and has been built and furnished to a high standard and has its own pool, parking, several terraces and gardens. The villa is both comfortable and spacious, on three levels, each of which has its own terrace with stunning views of the sea. The beach is in walking distance (5 minutes drive away). It has satellite TV/DVD. WIFI now available. Close to the centre of the charming town of Nerja which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. Nearby are the renowned Nerja Caves whilst Malaga airport is only 45 minutes away. A large water park is 30 minutes drive away. To the North East is the beautiful and historic city of Granada. Skiing is also close by. Along the beach there are many beautiful restaurants.

Pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible, non smoking only, long term renters welcome, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, children welcome. Many more facilities and equipment available on request. Outside: Garden, terrace, balcony, parking, 10 garden chairs, 6 beach chairs, outdoor pool, private pool and communal pool. Utility Room: Contains ironing board, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen etc is included and provided clean and ready for use. The house contains washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment. Other: Dining area seating for 10-12 people, terraces / balconies on all 3 levels of the property.

Beatiful house with a stunning view

The house was located in a hilly, quiet area close to the ocean close to Nerja. Car required. The house was beautiful. The view from the terrace was stunning. The children loved the pool. The only downside was that there was no information in the house whatsoever and several lights did not work up on arrival. On the other hand, the house was well equipped and there was plenty of room for ten people.
