Apartment in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca South, Spain - 5 Minutes Walk to Bars and Restaurants,15 minutes walk to Beach

A short stroll from the apartment you will find many bars with entertainment and excellent restaurants in the Playa Flamenca centre and also supermarkets, shops and a bank. The beaches are plentiful, many are proud to display the blue flag awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. A 20 minute walk to the Playa Flamenca beach. La Zenia and Capo Roig are just a few minutes further. In Torrevieja just 10 minutes drive away there is an Aquapark that will cool you down on hot days. The harbour area has many small cafes and bars overlooking the sea, that can be a pleasant spot for a stroll in the evening.

Why Julie Holbrook chose La Florida

We bought the apartment in 2007 and watched it being built. It is great to think that one day when we retire we will be able to spend more time in the sun. It is in a residential area but close to everything you could want.

Just 20 minutes from Murcia Airport and you can relax!

What makes this apartment unique

The property is in a secure complex . The pools are perfect for a quick dip to cool you down when it is hot. It is set in a quiet area but is only 5 minutes walk away from the restaurants and night life.One of the best restaurants for lunch is the sunrise cafe. It has great views out to sea and is one of my favourites. It is situated near several other excellent bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. I like the fact that it is only a short distance from the port of Torrevieja where I often go for a coffee and a stroll along the front.

Great apartment with everything you need

Apartment was clean modern and had everything you could need for a great holiday all year round, secure complex /parking space. comfy beds, aircon, good choice of UK TV/dvd. Loads of supermarkets near by, Lidl is about 5 minutes walk. Bars cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Zenia boulevard is about a 20 minute walk and approximately 6 euros in a taxi. Would highly recommend these apartments. Booking went smoothly also.

Lovely time there

When We arrived at the property we were very unsure, but no need to have worried. It was clean and comfortable, a little cold but that’s expected in March. I heard plenty of noise throughout the day but at night was really quiet.

We only used the one bedroom but the extra toilet was really handy.

It was a lovely apartment with all that you would need and close to numerous bars, shops and restaurants.

Great location, within walking distance to bars, supermarkets, commercial centre and beaches. Apartment has everything you could need and more. I lived in the area some years ago, and this location is probably the best for access to everything around.Would definitely stay here again.

It is a 20 minute walk to the closest beach - Playa de Flamenca. There are many others further on that are being linked by a promenade. They are never too crowded and usually have a beach bar. Larger beaches can be found along the coast in either direction.


Playa Flamenca is within easy reach of Alicante Airport-45 minutes. Murcia is approx 20 minutes. Airport transfers can be arranged. Although not essential, car hire is recommended to take full advantage of surrounding area.
