This world class location is unique and is well known as the premier residential area in Cape Town if not South Africa. Situated 4 floors below the coastal road the only sound you will hear is the sea. The apartment has an incomparable view of the mountain and sea. The generous living area opens onto a large patio which faces the sea. Braais (barbeques) are allowed on the patio making it an ideal place for sundowners. Entrance is through a locked gate giving excellent security. The block has private steps down to the beach. Clifton is near all the amenities of Cape Town, Sea Point, The Waterfront and Camps Bay.

I always enjoyed Clifton and had rented this property many times. The open feel to the balcony makes the holiday for me and sets the block apart from the normal Clifton fare. I had to have this apartment and after pestering the owner for over 2 years finally persuaded him to sell it to me. It is the best purchase I ever made, I love it!

Activity and Interests


Car hire is advisable although taxis pass on the road above the property regularly. Uber is a great way to get a taxi


5 mins to Camps Bay. 15 mins drive to The Waterfront.

Booking Notes:
Security deposit required. Go to the website for full contract details.
Departure by 10am and arrival at 3pm. This is changeable by arrangement. We are flexible unless guests coming in on the same day.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per day in South African Rand. There is a R500 additional cleaning fee per rental and a check in/out fee of R1500 per stay.

50% Non Refundable deposit required to secure booking.
A further 50% deposit against damages is required 2 weeks prior to occupation. This is paid together with the second half of the rental and is fully refundable if no damage/loss/breakages.
