30 X 15 Ft Pool with 4 person spa. We also have internet at the villa

An impressive small gated community in Davenport. With an easy drive to Disney and a great range of local shops and restaurants in the prestigious Champions Gate Shopping Village which is only a couple of minutes away from the villa. This is also the location of Greg Norman designed 18-hole championship golf courses. The villa has a beautiful rear aspect overlooking the orange groves which Florida is famous for. The pool area also has a large undercover lanai providing shade in the heat of the day. Inside the villa the lounge opens right out to the pool with large glass sliding doors. Close enough to all the major theme parks to arrive there early, pop back for lunch and a swim, then return to the parks for the afternoon/evening entertainment using your prepaid entry/parking - a perfect combination!

Amazing stay in a great villa!!
The whole group was me, my wife, our 2 year old, my mum and my best friend for 2 weeks. The Villa was amazing when we first walked in, really spacious and all needed ammenities easy to find. I saw complaints about the mattresses a few weeks before coming which made me wary but they were absolutely fine. By no means a 5 star hotel mattress but perectly comfortable and nowhere near as bad as people were making out. The building work taking place didnt both us as we were out majority of the days and when we were in were not disturbed by it. There were a few extra things that were not mentioned on the listing like inflatables for the pool and even found some childrens toys in one of the wardrobes, both of which were a pleasant surprise. Jim was great with the whole thing answering a variety of questions we had leading up to the holiday and was particularly great when there was an unexpected power cut as it was sorted within 20 minutes of letting him know. We qould definitely stay here again in the future and the only things we would say are a bit of a need for updating in some areas, quick lick of paint, mattress protectors etc etc. The only thing we said really needes sorting were the kitchen knives which were horribly blunt. Thank you Jim for a great stay look forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely house for family holiday
Lovely house for family holiday. Spacious. Clean and Tidy. The kids loved the pool which we had heated and it certainly was just that - nice and warm! Good communication from the host, check in and check out nice and simple. Close proximity to all Orlando attractions. Would thoroughly recommend. Really easy from start to finish.

Lovely Villa
We had a nice time staying in this villa. The villa itself was easy to enter with the details given by the owner and was clean throughout. During our entire stay we did not have any problems. The pool and pool area were well cared for, there are extensive building works being undertaken and thankfully there is enough of the old orange grove bushes left at the rear of the villa to allow for privacy. This work is rather noisy but it is not something that the owner can control. We have informed the owner that we agree with previous guests as to the beds being rather uncomfortable and extremely noisy/squeaky and this is something that he is mentioning to him management company to rectify. We have booked this villa again for May as we love this area as it is within easy reach of the parks but far enough away to have some much needed rest.

Great villa, ideal location
We stayed here for 2 weeks and as soon as we walked in we felt so relaxed, everything we needed was provided, the villa is in a great location and very well set out with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, no one got in any ones way, a couple of problems with the pool and AC but rang the property manager and they were there sorting it in no time and a lovely couple too, as are the owners with great communication beforehand, all in all a great holiday in a great place.

Excellent Villa!
This is the first villa we’ve stayed at and in our opinion is stunning - the kids were delighted when we first opened the front door and saw inside. Everything is provided, plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. There is a lot of space to move around and the pool was fantastic. We chose this villa because the pool looked secluded and it is. It was lovely to splash around knowing that nobody else could see in, and likewise we couldn’t see or hear our neighbours. The location was fantastic, close to the parks and easy to get to Orlando. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the owners are friendly and attentive and we would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy a villa in Orlando as it is such a vibrant and exciting place to holiday with the fabulous theme parks, the excellent value shopping, the wide variety of food and lets not forget the fantastic weather. We chose a great house, set in a very private location but close enough to the parks. With its sheer size and huge pool we think it's the perfect spot for an Orlando holiday whether on your own or sharing with friends and our management company are there to complement your stay should you require anything.

What makes this property unique

With a great supermarket within 3 minutes drive, golf on your doorstep and the I4 running close by to access the attractions, it's in an ideal position. The Manor on West Haven is a small, private, gated community and all the properties are set in spacious grounds. Some other communities have become overcrowded but our villa was chosen for it's design and location above everything else. Having 4 separate bathrooms is a real bonus when holidaying with a large family or sharing with friends.
