10 minutes or less walking distance to River Plate/sea. The apartment building is situated on the Old Victorian Dock Number 4 which houses the Buenos Aires yacht club and floating club house.

Travel:

Approx 30 minutes drive from Eziza international airport, 200 yards from International catarmaran ferry terminal to Montivideo, Uruguay. 10 minutes walk from cruise ship terminal. 10 minutes walk to train station. 5 minutes walk to underground stations. Taxis are in abundance and inexpensive.

Distances:

Walking distance to Casa Rosada (presidential palace), government historic buildings, shopping areas (Florida street) financial and business district, theatres, opera house, best restaurants, ferries, trains, ecological reserve. The apartment is situated on the Old Victorian Docks of Puerto Madero in the heart of the city centre on one side and the River Plate on the other side. This is the newest and most upmarket area of Buenos Aires.
