The apartment is a modern luxury 2 bed condominium type property completed in May 2005. There is a shared swimming pool and floodlit tennis courts, all of which is set in beautiful well maintained landscaped gardens and shrubs. The apartment is located within 5 mins drive to beautiful beaches, shops, banks, supermarkets and restaurants. Approx 20 mins drive to Bridgetown. The apartment is furnished with all modern upto date furnishings and equipment. Everything you need in the apartment including safe,Cable TV. Free Wi Fi connected to the property hence good connection.Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the lounge has two ceiling fans. Little gem that's great value for money....

The property is located in a very peaceful gated community. The location is convenient for either Coast but particularly accessible for West Coast areas. The apartment has two good size bedrooms, both with AC. We had a slight challenge with the AC but the Owner could not have acted any quicker to sort things out for us. There is a nice garden area behind the property and a decent size patio for breakfast al fresco. Carol, the Owner is very helpful and extremely accessible. All in all a very pleasant stay in a quiet, safe, convenient location.

Really comfortable and exceptionally well equipped apartment which was perfect for our week’s holiday before sailing back to the UK. Complex was quiet and very residential and we usually had the pool to ourselves. Soon got the hang of the passing reggae mini buses which transported you cheaply to Bridgetown and the beaches. Excellent all round and Carol was incredibly informative and efficient too.

I bought this property from new as me and my husband did cruises and found when you stopped off at places we never had a lot of time to enjoy the locations. The beaches and sea were fantastic and the locals were very friendly.
