Built in 2007, this southern facing (all day sun) 120sqm air conditioned penthouse apartment, with fantastic sea views, is located in the village of Seget Donji adjacent to Trogir. With very modern furnishing and fittings this cleverly designed spacious property is an ideal holiday retreat. The design, on four differing levels, provides for; a main bedroom, two large gallery bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge and two bathrooms. A large BBQ is available for use. Hours can be spent on the large balcony enjoying watching the maritime world pass by. A five minute walk takes you to the 'Lungomare' - a 3km long seaside pavement which runs between Seget Donji and the Medena Hotel complex; with all its beaches, water sports and other activities The property is an easy 10 minute drive from Split Airport - arrangements can be made to collect/deliver from/to the airport. 24/7 backup is available through our English speaking representative in Trogir.

Coast/Beach:

A 200 metre walk takes you to the beach and to the 'Lungomare' - a 3km long seaside/beach pavement which runs between Seget Donji and the Medena Hotel complex; with all its beaches, watersports and other activities.

Travel:

The property is an easy 10 min drive from Split Airport. For those not wishing to hire a car arrangements can be made, for a small additional cost paid locally, to collect/deliver from/to the airport. Split Airport is exceptionally well served with flights, including 'low cost carriers', from/to the UK. Options include; Croatia Airlines, Easyjet (from Gatwick), FlyBe (from Birmingham). Ryanair (Stansted to Zadar (40 mins drive to Trogir)). Wizzair (Luton-Zagreb). Car hire is easily arranged.

Distances:

The Dalmatian coast is well serviced by ferries to/from Italy into Split. Croatia is very proud of its investment in its highways. The newly opened A1 motorway, a wonder of modern engineering and a beautiful journey, has a junction just 12km from the apartment. Thus the adventurous with time or those averse to flying can now drive across mainland Europe's motorways; right to Trogir's doorstep.

Further Details:

Seget Donji is a traditional Croatian working fishing village which adjoins Trogir. It is also known as the 'Middle of Adriatic' because of its geographical position - exactly in the middle of coastline of the Adriatic Sea. Of course, the apartment is also in an excellent location for taking trips to Trogir (a UNESCO World Heritage site), Krka waterfalls, Historical Split (which also enjoys UNESCO World Heritage status), the Old Town of Sibenik and the island of Brac etc. Or, just enjoy the delights of relaxing or swimming in the Adriatic (the area has 'Blue Flag' status - during peak times the specified safe swimming areas have lifeguards in attendance). Local activities include diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, jet-skis.

Available to 'Non-smokers' only. 20% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. You will receive written confirmation. The balance to be paid at least one calendar month before the holiday. Cash or cheque are accepted. When paying the balance please enclose an additional security deposit of £250 to cover loss of keys, breakages, missing items etc - if there are no problems/issues it will be refunded via a cheque to you in full within 10 days of the end of the let.

  • Notes on accommodation: Those renting will be given the 24/7 contact number and details of an English speaking property management company in nearby Trogir. This is provided in the unlikely case of any problem. We feel this added service is an important feature and gives confidence to visitors that we care. Non-smokers only. Outside: An 11 sq metre balcony allows all to sit with ease and admire the fantastic sea views. At the rear of the property is a 20 sq metre terrace area adjacent to a large BBQ; to allow loads of room to enjoy that outdoor cuisine adventure. One private parking place is provided at the front of the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and apartment towels are provided. Sorry, we don't provide any beach towels.
