Built in 2007, this southern facing (all day sun) 120sqm air conditioned penthouse apartment, with fantastic sea views, is located in the village of Seget Donji adjacent to Trogir. With very modern furnishing and fittings this cleverly designed spacious property is an ideal holiday retreat. The design, on four differing levels, provides for; a main bedroom, two large gallery bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge and two bathrooms. A large BBQ is available for use. Hours can be spent on the large balcony enjoying watching the maritime world pass by. A five minute walk takes you to the 'Lungomare' - a 3km long seaside pavement which runs between Seget Donji and the Medena Hotel complex; with all its beaches, water sports and other activities The property is an easy 10 minute drive from Split Airport - arrangements can be made to collect/deliver from/to the airport. 24/7 backup is available through our English speaking representative in Trogir.

The balance to be paid at least one calendar month before the holiday. Cash or cheque are accepted. When paying the balance please enclose an additional security deposit of £250 to cover loss of keys, breakages, missing items etc - if there are no problems/issues it will be refunded via a cheque to you in full within 10 days of the end of the let.

This is provided in the unlikely case of any problem. We feel this added service is an important feature and gives confidence to visitors that we care. Non-smokers only. Outside: An 11 sq metre balcony allows all to sit with ease and admire the fantastic sea views. At the rear of the property is a 20 sq metre terrace area adjacent to a large BBQ; to allow loads of room to enjoy that outdoor cuisine adventure. One private parking place is provided at the front of the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and apartment towels are provided. Sorry, we don't provide any beach towels.
