The property is very private overlooking a beautiful planted garden with shrubs orange lemon palm olive trees and pine ravine with no other properties in front - car parking out front.

Hi Folks Lynn and Bill here

We purchased our property in Gran Alacant seven years ago from new build. We paid a premium for our plot, south facing (sun all day) with uninterrupted views over mature gardens and a pine ravine.

The property was bought as a home in the sun, and it has been furnished to a very high standard (we actually self furnished from the UK, organising a container transit)

We are a family of 4, son at university and daughter studying A Levels. We have been blessed with fantastic family holidays in GA for many years now and getting best use of the great location as a weekend getaway, oh for low cost airlines.

Lynn is an Office Manager and book keeper so will be your contact, we have been taking care of clients for 6 years and having many returning year after year.

Perfect, relaxing holiday home in great location!

Amazing holiday home – definitely a home away from home! Stayed for 4 nights in October and couldn’t fault the holiday, townhouse and communication with Lynn – perfect place to go and have a real relax. The listing description is completely accurate and the house has all the facilities needed for a great break away. It is a very clean, well-maintained house with very comfy beds and plenty of space (bonus having two bathrooms). The roof terrace is beautiful, gets sun all day and is so lovely in the evenings. The balcony and ground floor front terrace are also lovely sun traps and we really appreciated the outdoor space. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and immaculate appliances (including new oven and washing machine) and the living space was comfy with English TV and good wifi. The house is in an amazing location – so close to the airport and superb beach and great places to eat locally (Lynn’s recommendations were really helpful and lovely food in the local restaurants – especially La Paletta!), very close to a great little supermarket (bigger supermarkets and shops not far away either) and lovely infinity pool. Very peaceful nice neighbourhood and felt very safe. The airport is extremely close and Lynn organised airport transfers which worked out great and she also gave us extra taxi lifts we needed locally during our stay as we didn’t hire a car. Lynn was extremely helpful with excellent communication along the way and also facilitated us having a later check out on our last day due to having a late flight which was perfect and meant we could really enjoy our short stay. I would 100% recommend this townhouse and will definitely be back again.

A wonderful relaxing time

A great property to stay in. Extremely close to bars and restaurants and a few minutes drive to the beach. Lynn was exceptionally efficient in organising the details and was a pleasure to work with. The property itself was tidy and clean and had everything in it we needed. We would highly recommend a stay!

Fantastic property

Terrific overall holiday experience, Lynn the home owner goes out of her way to help and assist all aspects of holiday planning. The Townhouse as described was presented to a very high standard , a superb location , 10 minutes max from the airport , 3 minutes from the beach, south facing so , all day sun, restaurants and bars a few minutes stroll. Perfect Location

Returning for the fourth time, fab holiday home

My family and I have returned to Gran Alicante and this terrific property for the fourth year running. The property owner, Lynn, is very experienced in catering for all customer needs and the local key-holder is absolutely superb. The property is a perfect location from the airport and to the beach. The town house is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped tremendously well. The location to the local supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars is perfect. The communal swimming pool is a 30 second stroll making it close to the property but not too close in peak summer. Finally, the property over looks mature gardens and a pine ravine. A secluded location with no overlooking properties. Would highly recommend and plan to return next year!

From the Owner

Our home in GA is a lifetime investment, we plan to semi retire out here at some stage then hand it down the generations, in the meantime we fly out to Spain at every opportunity. Location, location, location, 10 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from the beach. A personal choice in respect of a hire car, everything you need for a chill out on your door step. Cuisine to suit every pallet and wallet a short walk from our home. Want to cook in? supermarket for your seafood, steaks and wines literally a 3 minute stroll through mature gardens. The sporting type? mountain biking, hang gliding, windsurfing and simply beach running it's all happening. Fancy a trip in land to a traditional Spanish village? You will need a hire car, but we can help you with the most cost effective options.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


The local Carabssi sandy beach "blue flag winner 2010" is 3 minutes by car, easy parking. It has sand dunes pine shaded areas picnic & BBQ facilities with parasol & sunbeds for hire. Adjacent to the beach there is also a tranquil nature reserve (El Clot). The beach has also a number of high season beach bars which welcome the evening in by spinning the decks with chill out music. For the more energetic there is plenty of activities such as diving, windsurfing, fishing, paragliding and sailing.


Alicante airport is 10 minutes and Murcia airport 45 minutes by car. Car hire is not necessary to enjoy Gran Alacant as there is a local road train and bus service that loops the whole area including the beach. Once at the property there is an excellent choice of restaurants bars & supermarkets.

Alicante Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged for 15 euros (up to 4 people). Buses to Alicante City and Santa Pola run on a very regular basis. Taxi service within Gran Alacant is 5 Euros.


Santa Pola, 10 minutes south of Gran Alacant, is a traditional Spanish fishing village, which offers beautiful local cuisine and shops. Every Monday and Saturday hosts a wonderful fresh produce market.

Alicante city is 15 minutes north and offers everything one expects from a modern city- shopping malls, hypermarkets, the modern marina is home to many exquisit restaurants.

Benidorm is 40 minutes north on the motorway with many family attractions such as Terra Mitcica, Aqualandia and Mundamar.

Further Details:

All facilities are within walking distance from the accommodation. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and caters for those intending to self cater. There are numerous restaurants (80 in total) we would recommend in particular, the Argentinian steak house, Coco's pizzeria, buffet Chinese. New live music bar with pool darts SKY sports, wine bars etc. The commercial centre has first class international cuisine with chill out bars and live entertainment, ice cream parlours, children's soft play area and shops.

Gran Alicante also has medical centre, pharmacies, post office, banks with cash machines, hairdressers, nail bar, car hire, petrol station (a totally self contained area). There is a local market within 3 minute walk every thursday which caters for all needs, i.e. fresh fruit & Veg, leather goods, clothing etc etc. I also have another property in Bodrum Turkey, property ref TK1085. Location, location, location, simply second to non, and check out our client reviews, they consistently tell us that. Our property's location to the communal pool is fantastic, a one minute stroll to the pool, whilst not too close to be disturbed during peak season. Hard to believe but for those exiting the UK within less than 3 hours from leaving chilly UK, you could be sipping a rather well priced local Tinto on our front patio. Hope to hear from you soon.
