This beautiful Townhouse is on a small complex and walks directly out onto the pool area of the complex. (Please note not all the apartments step directly onto the pool, only a select few). Newly built with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Central location 10 minutes to beach and close to town centre. Only 5 minutes walk to water park, crazy golf, playground, shops, pubs and restaurants. 7 minutes walk to main street. 10 minutes walk to beach. Free Wifi available to guests cable TV, DVD, CD Player (Please bring your own CDs and DVDs), Ipod Dock fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, Toaster, washing machine, iron, hair dryers (2) hair straighteners (1) all rooms have ceiling fans

Ceiling fans in all rooms. Luxury furnishings. Fantastic location and ideal for children/families. Pets not allowed. Outside: Large patio area with patio table and 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers leading out directly onto communal lagoon style pools of which 2 are paddling pools for younger children / toddlers. Poolside showers/toilets. Roof terrace with patio table and chairs and 4 sunloungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: One set of towels/linen provided per person. Property cleaned and made ready for arrival. If midweek clean/linen change required this is available on request at an additional cost. Other: Travel cot and stair gate available if needed. The villa has its own private roof terrace with table and chairs and 4 sun loungers to relax or sunbathe From the Roof terrace there are beautiful views of Los Lobos and Lanzarote.

Very spacious, clean and beautifully presented

This property was spacious, well kept, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. In a lovely complex with well kept pool and gardens, with plenty of parking. Karen helped us with all our questions with quick replies. The ceiling fans in all the rooms where perfectly balanced and quiet, not always the case. I would recommend this property happily. Great having three bathrooms. Tv &wifi worked perfectly all the time!!

First time staying at EL Sultan Fuerteventura and can't wait to return.

From start to finish the holiday was perfect, Karen was very helpful with us and made sure our stay was perfect. Nickola picked us up from the airport and recommended many places to go, pointing out and showing us where everything was as we made our way to the villa.

I would highly recommend this property, particularly to families with children. The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool was just outside the door and the families around were all very friendly. The complex is very quiet and beautifully maintained. The property is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shops. There's a crazy golf and water park near by. If you didn't want to walk to the main strip, you could jump in a cab costing just €3.

We had dinner out most nights, we went to "rock cafe", they were very friendly in there and as the football was on, made sure we had a seat near the tv, they served big portions at a very reasonable price. We also went to "la tasca" they were very friendly the food was great and it was a very nice atmosphere. On our last night we went to a restaurant called "tuxedo" the owners were a lovely English couple, the man played the piano whilst the wife sung. The waiters couldn't do enough for you. The food was perfect. It was a lovely end to our holiday.

Whilst we were there, we visited "the Riu hotel beach" the beach was amazing, clear blue sea and white sand, the sunbeds were €3 each.

We also visited the zoo, we got picked up by the free bus at Oasis hotel. We loved it, you could feed many animals, at any time. There was many shows on throughout the day, you could get close to the sea lions and even receive a kiss from them just before the show starts. We paid extra to feed the lemurs, about €10 and it was the best thing we done, they sit on your shoulders, they were very gentle. It was really worth the money.

Overall the holiday couldn't have gone any better, the people were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Karen for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home and for arranging Nickola to pick us up to show us around. We cannot wait to return.

Excellent accommodation and location

Very clean and modern house. Home from home. Everything needed was provided. Baby gate to beds made to towels. Would strongly recommend and we would use again. Owner contactable and friendly

we had the most amazing stay at EL Sultan the house was lovely with all you could ask for, very private , amazing views, the kids loved the pool, we had a very relaxing holiday and would definitely go back there. I have been to and stayed in lots of places before in Fuerteventura, but have to say this was the best, we also liked the fact that it was a gated complex so made us feel safe with the kids, met some lovely people and the local amenities were fab!! The owners were extremely accommodating and always responded very quickly to our emails.

Lovely accommodation for a chill out

Had a great holiday in Corralejo staying in this townhouse with my wife.Apart from the weather being unusually poor everything else was perfect.Short walk to amenities and resort and cheap taxis back.(less than 3 Euros).Try Nico's Belgian bar for good quality beer and great host.Good market on Tues and Fri had good fun haggling .As a rough guide pay 20 to 25 Euros for handbags(MK etc).

Nice atmosphere on the patio which has a barbecue, large table,chairs,sunbeds and leads through a gate onto poolside.

30 minutes from Puerto de Rosario airport.

Taxi Rank outside Arrivals approx cost is 35/40Euros to Corralejo.

Shops, restaurants, banks within 5 /10 minutes walk of the resort.

El Campinario is situated approx 5 min walk from Complex.

It has a number of shops and hyperdino supermarket.

Every Sunday it hosts a local market full of stalls and local musicians play.
