Situated in a peaceful area but close to supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants and the beach just 10 minutes walk away. On the ground floor it has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker/hob and washing machine and microwave. Dining room with table and chairs for 8 and very large lounge with Sat TV, video, stereo, DVD and wood burner. Air-conditioning throughout. Patio doors from the dining area lead on to covered terrace with large table and chairs, well established gardens with built in barbeque and large swimming pool and a full size table tennis table. Spiral stairs on the outside lead up to many terraces, with wonderful views over sea and mountains. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full bathroom and a cloakroom with wc and wash-basin. From the large hallway, stairs lead up to a double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. Internet access available.

About the Owner

I live in the UK with my partner where I run my Spanish property business from home. As well as owning our villa in Marbella and apartment in Nerja I rent out many properties for other owners. I started in 1990 when my youngest daughter was two, renting out our own apartment and then other owners asked me to rent their properties. I love my business and Spain. We travel backwards and forwards from England and only takes 6 hours from door to door! Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. We especially like to go in the winter months to capture the sun and warm days. I like running along the many sandy beaches or strolling along with my partner. New hobby is stand up paddle boarding. I also like to go to the local market for fresh veg and salad as well as the clothes!

As we are returning to the same villa next March, it goes without Just a quick note of thanks for the use of the wonderful villa Patate. The space, shade and general comfort afforded by the house helped us in no small way to have a truly memorable holiday. What a wonderful villa it is in its own established gardens with a swimming pool that catches the sun for most of the day - glorious. The villa has just been tastefully redecorated and refurnished and we all had a very relaxing, comfortable stay

The Villa was a joy to stay in, truly a home away from home. Every possible requirement that you could want was thought of and catered for-be it games for kids, outside towels, tea and coffee on arrival, initial provisions, list of restaurants

Villa PATATE is a wonderful place and we all had

an absolutely outstanding holiday, from the moment

we arrived and were met by Gill and Pat, until the time

came for us to leave. Everything was organized, the

highlight is obviously the pool. The whole family thought the villas was large and spacious, and the garden with all it’s different areas for sunbathing was really nice. The décor inside the villa was nice and the kitchen provided everything that you needed, even though we didn’t use the kitchen much. The food that was provided in the fridge was a really nice touch, thank you. The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and it was good to have plenty of towels

"Just back from a really relaxing holiday at Villa Patate. We were so impressed that we have already booked for next year!”

"This villa is in a very safe and secure location at the top of the Urbanizacion. A few trees surround the property but do not block the light as they have been trimmed back. Even though the villa is close to the dual carriageway there is little or no traffic noise.

The villa is bright, clean and spacious. The sofas and armchairs in the living area are comfortable and all the beds are large and very comfortable.

The garden is out of this world and it’s just a question of following the sun to the loungers which are cleverly placed to catch the rays all day. There are also ample shady areas if the sun becomes too much! There are also spacious sun terraces up the outside staircase.

The covered-in dining area outside is wonderful and we listened to the birdsong and watched the butterflies chase each other as we had our food and drinks. Nearby are some good local restaurants, El Cortijo being our favourite, great food, great prices!

The supermarket is a short walk away and another bigger supermarket a short drive by car.

All in all this was a real home from home experience, a 5 star villa!"

Villa Patate

Found this delightful villa in 2010 and have stayed there every year since. It ticks all the boxes in terms of location, comfort, luxury and peace and quiet. Just ten minutes away along the beach is the Don Carlos where there is entertainment and fun. Also the village of Elviria is close by. The villa itself is well equipped and very tastefully decorated.Sky TV and wi fi available. The Manager, Maggie is very friendly and helpful and the gardener/pool guy Manolo takes good care of everything. Lots of garden furniture, parosols and loungers about downstairs and on the two terraces above.

We have had very good holidays here and will come back and have no hesitation in recommending it.

We have owned this villa since 1990 and has now been totally renovated. It is conveniently situated close to the lovely sandy beaches, Cabopino Marina, supermarket and many nice restuarants and bars. Marbella is just 15 minutes drive and Puerto Banus 20 minutes. The beach is just 15 minutes walk. The villa is spacious and bright and has a very relaxing feel about it. The gardens are well established and as well as having fun in the pool we have a full size table tennis table. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Our days tend to start with a run or stroll along the beach into Cabopino or Elviria, back to villa for lunch or lunch out, siesta in the afternoons with a good book and a swim in the pool and then ready to stroll out again for diner or watch the tv or listen to nice music in

Marbella has hosted numerous world tennis, nautical and golfing tournaments. To some it is known as golfers paradise.

Many peoples main reason for coming to Marbella is to enjoy its wonderful beaches. From Cabopino to Guadalmina the coastline is a 26 kilometre cove made up of exquisite beaches of fine sand. The aforementioned marinas can be found along this marvellous stretch of coastline. They offer all types of watersports, or you can simply swim in the refreshing, cool blue water of the Mediterranean and get a suntan under the warmth of the golden sun, while enjoying the peaceful delights of sand and sea.The nearby Port of Cabopino is just 15 minutes walk away with many restaurants and bars and so is Elviria with the famous Don Carlos night club. There are 20 golf courses in the area and several tennis clubs. The town of Marbella is just 10 minutes drive away and Puerto Banus - 15 minutes.


Marbesa beach 1 km - just 10 to 15 minutes walk. Miles of sandy beaches stretch along the coast to Marbella and Calahonda - Cabopino beach along side the famous Cabopino port is a further 10 - 15 minutes walk away. On the beaches there are many nice little beach restaurants and bars with sun beds and umbrellas to hire.


Marbella-This thriving town rests on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a privileged location both geographically and for its climate. It is situated at only a thirty minute drive from Malaga International Airport and Malaga City itself. It is within easy reach of Ronda, Gibraltar and Antequera and only a two hour drive from important Spanish cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and Seville.


Puerto Banus attracts some of the most important recreational boats that visit Marbella. At the same time the port offers a large variety of shops, over 350 of which you will find open all year round. Eliviria which is 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walking distance has many nice shops, bars, restaurants and the Famous Don Carlos hotel offers a beach restaurant and also a nightclub with piano bar. Niki beach is next door for the younsters who like to party.

We have many nice reviews from our guests. The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is Nikki beach and sports bars close by for the teenagers who can just wander off and the little ones can play happily in the garden and pool whilst the parents relax or get hooked on table tennis matches! Our villa is ideal fro two families as one family can occupy the upper level with two bedrooms, bathroom and private terraces whilst the other has the same facilities downstairs along with the large lounge/diner and kitchen. As well as wi fi, we have many board games and books. Beach towels are provided along with bath towels so less to carry in your case! We can recommend our favourite restaurants that you can walk to on the beach or in Elviria and Cabopino close by.
