The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of an ancient building on a fabulous pedestrianised street located in the heart of the shopping quarter, between rue d'Antibes and the Station. It is just moments from the bars and restaurants on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette. 5 minutes walk to the beach and Palais des Festivals making it ideal accommodation for conferences and holidays. The apartment has wifi internet and is offered fully furnished with high quality linen and towels provided. It is light, bright and airy with white walls and white floor tiles. The apartment is comfortably furnished and is suitable for conference delegates, colleagues and couples.

The beach is just 5 mins walk from the apartment. There is a wide selection of sandy beaches to visit; the public beaches at Palais du Festival or the private beaches belonging to the hotels on the beach front. Quieter and secluded beaches can be found on the Lerins Island which is a great day out and just 15 minutes on the ferry where you can also look around the jail that once imprisoned the man in the iron mask.


Nice airport is approx. 30km from Cannes. Travel time is between 30-40 mins. If arriving during the day it is advisable to jump on the shuttle bus that goes direct to Cannes. If arriving in the evening (after 8pm) you will need to take a taxi. To explore the coastline and surrounding area it is easy to use the train; Cannes station is just 2 mins walk from the apartment with regular trains to Nice or Monaco.

Visit Rue d'Antibes for all your shopping needs; There is a weekly antiques market in La Pantiero which is the area by the Palais; For restaurants try Rue Saint Antoine in Le Suquet; For people watching stroll along La Boulevard de la Croisette.

Booking Notes:
50% of the rent is paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance is paid 6 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the whole amount is paid at the time of booking. A deposit of 250 Euros is required on all bookings. Guests requiring a meet and greet service and/or who are arriving from outside the UK will incur a small meet and greet charge of 15 Euros (or €30 outside normal office hours).

Changeover Day:
We do not operate a specific changeover day because we try to accommodate guests arrival dates and times.There is no specific check-in time, but check-out on departure day must be before 2pm unless by prior arrangement.
