Apartment in Soldeu, Andorra - In the heart of Soldeu Village, Andorra, 5 minute walk to Telecabin

This very comfortable, fully modernised, centrally heated ski apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, including brand new kitchen. Its westerly aspect provides a particularly inviting late afternoon sun terrace from which to enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the mountains and valley. White cotton bed linen and wooden floors throughout provide a bright, yet cosy feel. The apartment is ideally situated for skiers with the main telecabin situated just 5 minutes walk away, a minimarket/bakery 50 metres down the road and restaurants and hotels 100 metres away. Yet we are located in a quiet cul de sac with minimal passing traffic and the beautiful Andorran hillside just metres from the front door! Absolutely perfect for a family or group ski holiday- and also fantastic in the spring and summer with endless walks, spectacular lakes and waterfalls, adventure activities and local fiestas.

About the Owner

We are a professional couple with two teenage boys, now living back in the UK following 10 years of living in Spain. We bought this apartment some years back and have over the years refurbished the kitchen and bathroom areas as well as furnishing it in IKEA style, with king size beds and cotton linen so everyone gets a good nights sleep. Our boys learned to ski in Andorra and we spent many happy weeks staying in the apartment and skiing the slopes of Soldeu.

We now rent out the apartment for the ski season, and ski elsewhere, as we now like to try out different resorts and areas. However we still use the apartment every summer when we take to the mountains and lakes of Andorra- a relatively undiscovered paradise which we believe rivals the Alps.

From the Owner

Comfortable, cosy and close to the cable car. 100 metres from the best restaurant in town. Great views. Quiet cul de sac, away from any night noise. Most of all, however, this is an apartment which we use ourselves, not just a rental property. So we have a vested interest in making it as comfortable as possible.

In Summer there are mountain biking courses with different degrees of dificulty starting from the top of many ski lifts. Great walks are to be had across andorra to hidden lakes.


Andorra best accessed from Barcelona Airport 2.5 hours drive. Perignan airport 2.5hours drive.
