This very comfortable, fully modernised, centrally heated ski apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, including brand new kitchen.There is also an underground garage for a car. The flat's westerly aspect provides a particularly inviting late afternoon sun terrace from which to enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the mountains and valley. White cotton bed linen and wooden floors throughout provide a bright, yet cosy feel. The apartment is ideally situated for skiers with the main telecabin situated just 5 minutes walk away, a minimarket/bakery 50 metres down the road and restaurants and hotels 100 metres away. Yet we are located in a quiet cul de sac with minimal passing traffic and the beautiful Andorran hillside just metres from the front door! Absolutely perfect for a family or group ski holiday- and also fantastic in the spring and summer with endless walks, spectacular lakes and waterfalls, adventure activities and local fiestas.
We are a professional couple with two sons. We bought this apartment some years back and have over the years refurbished the kitchen and bathroom areas as well as furnishing it in IKEA style, with king size beds and cotton linen so everyone gets a good night's sleep. The KING beds take up more space in the rooms but we think they're worth it! Our boys learned to ski in Andorra and we spent many happy times staying in the apartment and skiing the slopes of Soldeu.

Comfortable, cosy and close to the cable car. 100 metres from the best restaurant in town. Great views. Quiet cul de sac, away from any night noise.
Most of all, however, this is an apartment which we use ourselves, not just a rental property. So we have a vested interest in making it as comfortable as possible.
We had a wonderful time and the apartment was excellent, the view from the balcony was something we thought we’d never get bored of.
Michelle In Andorra was also a great help.
I will be happy to recommend to anyone wishing to visit Andorra.

We stayed at Ginny's apartment in Feb 2015. That was our 2nd time to Andorra and the location was fab. Very close to the gondola station and places to eat, but far enough away from the noisy pubs to get a good night's sleep. The views were great, although you are slightly up the hill it gives the desired view but not so far up that it's a drag (we have stayed right at the top). Everything was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything we needed. It's been tastefully decorated which is a refreshing change for ski apartments! There is a ski locker if you wish to use it but we found it more convenient to hire one at the Gondola station. The underground parking was a godsend, keeping it off the road. There is a lovely little shop that sells most things you need just a 2 minute walk away. Gorgeous restaurant and pizzeria very close too. We would have returned to Ginny's apartment but were pipped to the post by others! Highly recommend.
The owners were brilliant, kept us informed of how things operated etc.Very helpful in gaining ski passes, the property itself was clean tidy and perfect for our needs.It was our 4 th time to soldeu and it’s a pretty little ski town and our choice to stay at Ian and Ginny’s property only enhanced this we would def recommend it and will be re booking it if available for 2019! Some updates are needed as the radiators weren’t fixed to the walls very well and the window seals need fixing as there was a considerable draft coming through. The bathrooms need updating as the bath enamel was chipped and a proper shower enclosure is needed instead of a curtain so as not to flood the shower room. Also for the money a washing machine wouldn’t go amiss.
Saying that we did have a wonderful week with comfy sofas to relax on in the evening an up to date tv and free WiFi which was great
A lovely spacious apartment with plenty of room for 5 adults. Amazing views from lounge balcony across the slopes. Comfy beds and immaculately clean. In a great location being a 10min easy walk downhill to the ski lift, we hired a locker at the lift that made walking up and down even easier as not dragging skis with us. Lots of good bars & restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Owner very easy to deal with which make the whole booking process very smooth.
We will be back adding a few nights stay in Barcelona next time.

A spacious apartment in a central position. Close to supermarket, restaurants and ski bus stop. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The views are amazing.

Appartement propre et confortable pour 3 couples.
Une cafetière électrique serait néanmoins la bien venue, le réfrigérateur est un peu petit et il manque un lave vaisselle . Quelques fuites d'eau sur le circuit de chauffage .

THere is a spa hotel in Soldeu offering full spa facilities, swimming, jacuzzi, sauna, massage, beautician.
In Summer there is fantastic walking, bicycling, climbing and mountain biking. Great walks are to be had across andorra to hidden lakes. Scenery is fantastic and still remarkably undiscovered
