The property overlooks the 17th Fairway at Vila Sol Golf club and from the spacious roof terrace there are beautiful views over the golf course down to the sea at Vilamoura. As you would expect in a new property the fittings are first class and comprehensive. The complex is ideally situated to allow you to quickly and easily access the local golf courses, restaurants and the lovely areas of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Da Lago. You will also be able to use the restaurants, golf range, spa, tennis courts, of the 5 Star Vila Sol Hotel. The lovely local towns of Loule, Amancil provide local shopping with shopping malls at Faro and Guia no more than a 20 min drive away. The Marina at Vilamoura is superb with a wide range of restaurants and shopping options and this is a 5-7 min drive from the secure and gated complex. The kids will love the pool on site.

Notes on accommodation: The property is strictly non-smoking. Barbecue use is subject to cleaning of the grills before departure, this service is not provided by our maids. The air conditioning units also provide heating in colder months. The property has marble floors throughout with the exception of three bedrooms which have oak floors, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes with ample storage with additional storage built into the beds. The garage now includes a full size fold away table tennis table and a standard dartboard and throwing Mat. If you wish to see an extensive picture gallery on this property then please please access a Facebook account, search on Palmyra Portugal and there you will see 40-50 photos showing the inside and external views of the property and the complex. Outside: The property has its own lower ground garage and this provides direct access to the house. The house is surrounded at the front and rear by landscaped gardens. Three of the four bedrooms have an external terrace. The large upper terrace has tables and chairs (seats 8), barbecue and two sun loungers. The ground floor terrace has seating for 6 with sunbed and parasol. The property shares a central pool area where there is a tots pool and a main pool. Both pools have well designed changing and toilet areas at the poolside. Utility Room: Large utility room fitted with sink, hot/cold and washer/dryer and seperate dryer. Ironing board and iron supplied. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning is weekly when linen is also changed. Fresh towels on arrival and end of week changes. We can supply beach towels. We can provide maid service or welcome packs if required. Other: The roof terrace has table and chairs to sit eight people with parasol. There is an Outback barbecue and a fridge at roof level to ensure a cold supply of liquids/food when barbecuing. The ground terrace has seating for 6 with sunbed and parasol.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure at the same time as the final balance we will require a £250 damage deposit. The deposit is returned after the property inventory has been checked by our Management Company. Please contact us for our cancellation policy.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible on changover days and appreciate low cost airlines offer the best rates for midweek travel. Our policy is determined only by the confirmed bookings we have.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts would be offered for lettings in excess of two weeks.
